Cons:

Noise all night long, people talking loudly in the hallway at 4, 5, and 6 a.m., without any thought for the fact that other people wanted to rest and sleep. I had a terrible night. Nobody was able to monitor the situation or ask them to lower their voices.

Pros:

I booked a room for 2 nights. I was unable to get to the hotel safely due to a snow storm. I contacted the hotel the moment I was able to get off the road safely. They refused to give me a refund or a credit. Terrible customer service.

Not totally bad, but needs upgrade the facility.
Cons:

The extra pillow they gave us wasn’t that presentable, it look like was like trash pillow.

The washroom has a horrible sound, when you turn the light on the exhaust fan, has terrible noise.

Honnêtement pas grand chose .

Cons:

Ma chambre était pas propre . Il y avait de la poussiere sur toute les surfaces . Ainsi qui la balayeuse n’avais pas été passer . Des écailles de pistaches , des longs cheveux aux sols . Un bas a terre a coter de la table de cheveux . Le micro onde etait sale et puait . J’ai pas oser me laver . Meme mon lit j’ai dormie vraiment toute habiller car j’avais pas trop confiance et il fesait froid . Ha et ca sentais la cigarette . J’ai avertie le jeune homme a l’acceuil . Il a été super gentil avec moi il a prit tout sa en note. Mais pour vrai je voyage souvent toute seule de long roadtrip. Je me prend des hotels sur booking a la dernière minute quand je suis trop fatiguer pour conduire plus loin . Et ces la premiere fois que j’ai une chambre pas propre .
