The room was cozy and relaxing.

Front desks lady went in, she said she cannot do anything it. Breakfast is very cheap, no choices, coffee are running out low.

I know it is preferred to use towels 2 days but we had a problem and I went to reception to request additional towels. None were given, we bought some.
I also like to have a coffee in room before breakfast but there was none. 1 sachet of sugar was available. I asked kindly with a smile and was told coffee would be there for the next morning. There was no coffee the next morning either. I have never stayed anywhere where coffee was not available.
There was also no hairdryer and 2 pillows in two queen bed room!
I have stayed in Super 8 hotels for years and years and only ever had 1 issue and that was with noise and the guy tried his best to locate it. He did not say he would do and not do anything. The service and facility has diminished severely. Even the coffee I got at breakfast was cold on day 1. Not sure I would book again.

Metal doors on the 2nd floor where people sleep are very noisy at night.
The beds were comfortable and the location was central.
Towels were very warn. Some of the bedding was very old.

No eggs and only cereal and bread, butter was kept open - used.
Microwave- when try to operate it switches off automatically.( didn’t eat food at night due to this issue).

Hotel is tired and in need of some renovation/modernization.

The breakfast room was crowded and ver small compared to the number of guests. The breakfast itself wasn't good.
We stay here every year only because of the location but starting to get out of our comfort zone.
Room had a bit of an odour our entire stay. Had to request to have our room cleaned on day 3. Towels are very small and worn, torn curtains in our room and visible stains on sheets. Basically, this hotel needs to start investing some money to get it up to standard.
