Don’t waste your money.
Pros:

The receptionist was nice, but that’s about it. The remote for the tv in our room didn’t work. There were no water cups. There were 3 small pillows on a king sized bed. I went and asked for a couple more pillows and it took them 2 hours to bring them. The breakfast offered was quite honestly a joke. There was stale white bread and blueberry bagels available, no eggs, no cream cheese, only margarine. No butter. It was not worth the price by any means. We would absolutely not return. Don’t waste your money.

Floor sticky, carpet ripped, bathroom toilet paper holder missing, shower curtain 1 inch coverage because rod was put in too high, water went everywhere. TV too small, was on first floor and sliding window couldn't be locked, heating/air con controls didn't work. Coffee pot was dirty and the top was missing. Booked for a king bed and had stated we had a small dog. They said we had to have a room with 2 beds because dogs weren't allowed in room with king bed. I said l booked it ahead, their comment was they don't follow 3rd booking agents accomodation and we had to pay an extra $25 for the day.
The room was a dump and exterior unkept.
Stayed a Liberty Suites in Toronto November on 20th floor. Was excellent. Clean, well appointed and comparable price. Had full kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, living room and separate bedroom with king bed.

Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Room decor was decently updated but the couch was filthy so I only sat on the desk chair. Breakfast was extremely basic: cereal, bagels, or waffles. No muffins or fruit.

The you had a very nice breakfast set up in the morning

Cons:

The bed was hard. The duvet had a blood stain on it and was the thinnest blanket I’ve ever slept with in my life. The top comforter was stained overall the beds were the worst part.

Decent hotel, friendly check-in staff but Beds needs to be comfortable
