Pros:

Lage in der Stadt, Nähe zum Bahnhof, Aussicht in der 9. Etage. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Freundliches Personal am Empfang. Öffentliche Parkplätze hinterm Haus sehr günstig

Cons:

Sauberkeit war wirklich nicht gut, mir war etwas runtergefalllen und beim Blick unters Bett wurde mir übel. Es lagen zertreten Chips und ein BIFI Würstchen unter dem Bett. Und es war alles ziemlich staubig, das passt eigentlich nicht zum IBIS Konzept, was wir bisher gewohnt waren, schade. Das Bad war leider auch sehr klein, aber bei dem Preis darf man auch nicht mehr erwarten(bis auf Sauberkeit)

Für einen Dresdenaufenthalt ideal wegen der Lage und Parkmöglichkeit
Pros:

Es war alles in Ordnung, Lage top, Zimmer gut, Frühstück gut, Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus, auch erschwinglich.

Bad experience, very less value for money, poor reception
Pros:

I liked only the location. It is very near to super markets, food joints, Railway station and Tram station.

Cons:

(1)The bathroom did not have a lock. We were 4 of a family, booked a family room that had one bathroom. When asked for the lock or change of room, the receptionist responded rudely. There was no empathy.
(2) There was no Iron box inside the room. There was only one iron box for the whole hotel and it was kept inside a toilet which was locked . We had to get the key from the reception, iron the dress and then handover to the receptionist.
(3) There was no coffee, tea and kettle in the room. For the kettle, we were asked to deposit 10 euro.
(4) For Gym access, we were told to deposit 20 euro or passport.
(5) The coffee vending machine at the lobby did not work for the card. It accepted only cash.

Прекрасное расположение, удобная кровать, чистое белье.
До исторического центра 20 минут, до вокзала 8 минут пешком.

Cons:

За три дня пребывания ни разу не убирался номер и ни разу не был вынесен мусор.
