Prettige luxe na drie en een halve week fietsen

Goede fietsenstalling; een receptie die van 's ochtends vroeg tot s'avonds laat bemand is door echte mensen

Cons:

We wandelden op geleide van een uitgereikte stadskaart. We wilden vanuit de Neumarkt in de Altstadt naar de Neustadt, ten noorden van de Elbe, en ontdekten dat de Carolabrücke, die op de kaart stond ingetekend, helemaal niet bestond. Bij navraag blijkt deze brug 11-9-2024 ingestort te zijn. Toen ik de receptie erop wees, dat de brug gewoon nog op de kaart stond, was het antwoord dat het "een oude kaart" was. De volgende dag zag ik bij de receptie dat in het hele blok met stadskaarten overal de Carolabrücke met ballpointstreepjes verwijderd was.

Für einen Kurzurlaub empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Schnelles aus- und einchecken.
Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.
Abschließbarer Fahrradabstellplatz und kostenloser, abschließbarer Gepäckraum stand uns zur Verfügung.
Nicht weit zum Bahnhof und entlang der Shopingmeile in 15 Minuten bis zur Frauenkirche.

Cons:

Frühstück für 17,50€ hat noch etwas Luft nach oben.

Dort möchte ich nicht noch einmal übernachten

Die Lage ist top, der öffentliche Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel ist sehr günstig.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht eng und es strahlte irgendwie (unfreiwillig) noch ziemlichen DDR-Charme aus. Der Teppich war wirklich sehr dreckig und fleckig, Die Dusche war eine totale Katastrophe: Die Wassertemperatur wechselte binnen Sekundenfrist von sehr heiß auf eiskalt und wieder zurück zu heiß, so hat das keinen Spaß gemacht. Sowas Schlimmes habe ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt.

Frühstück war gut, Lage super, die angebliche Klimaanlage hat nichts gebrachte

Cons:

Dafür kann das Hotel nichts-unser Zimmer 10.Stock lag an einer Ecke und unter dem Dach und eine sehr sehr schlechte Klimaanlage.
