Die Matratze des Bettes war gut.
Das Personal war nicht bereit Englisch zu sprechen oder konnte es nicht. Es machte teilweise einen genervten Eindruck und war nicht sehr freundlich.
Das Essen im Restaurant war extrem schlecht und schmeckte wie vom Vortag aufgewärmt.

Le repas, le soir: pas de salade sur la carte, en comparaison avec une autre restaurant dans lequel j'ai mangé le même plat, à Epinal ou nous avons logé, j'ai été déçu par la qualité et la quantité.
Les bornes de recharge pour voiture électrique n'était pas utilisable pour notre voiture, mais la personne à la réception nous a indiqué un autre lieu, qui a fonctionné.

Das Doppelzimmer war für eine Nacht groß genug und sehr sauber. Gut gefallen hat uns besonders, dass es kein Gedränge am Frühstücksbuffet gab.

La serveuse du soir qui souffle pour faire un café à 22h, alors qu'elle n'a pas pris la peine de s'enquérir de mes besoins lorsque je fumais mon cigare en terrasse. La chambre exiguë sans bouilloire ni cafetière ni même une bouteille d'eau. Le chauffage coupé. Petit déjeuner industriel.
L’accueil
Mercure hotels are always very nice and this one in Arras was no exception. Nice bar and relaxation area, excellent breakfast and parking underground. All very good.
