Views unique boutique hotel
A little worn
Just a great, great hotel. STAFF ARE AMAZING. The view is amazing, the whole layout is just so unique, I'm not sure it has an equal.
Our first bed had rickety frame.
Restaurant was great. Staff very friendky. View was amazing. Perfect for a one night stay.
It wasn't close to anything. Only chair on the balcony was broken.
The staff were excellent!!
I am questioning if the sheets were changed or if the bed was just made. I suspect the latter because after I checked out, I came back several hours later to check in for another night. I was given the same room and there was evidence that the sheets weren’t changed.
restaurant was good... good food and beautiful setting and staff friendly....
20 % forced service charge, including the "free" breakfast. Charges for food did not match menu pricing.
A/C not adjustable
Kitschy 50s hotel. It’s exactly what you need in st Thomas: amazing views, comfy beds, great staff, fantastic bar.
The front desk manager was so nice! He got us checked in, even though it was after hours, and he called a late night taxi for us as well. He really went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were comfortable (:
No negative experience to report.
Location was very picturesque and perfect. Food (dinner and breakfast) were amazing
The Elsa, the lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful. She explained the parking and showed me the room which was nice and clean with a very good view, The pictures were accurate
There was a Hurricane the week before we arrived. The restaurant roof was damaged, so it was closed for repairs. In our booking agreement, the room included breakfast. They did set up a "grab and go" buffet with bagels, cereal, juice etc, but it was not what we expected. There was also road noise, and the parking was along the street on a hill.
Fantastic location, quaint,quiet
I was able to get situated after hours with little difficulty. The person who gave directions on the phone was very helpful.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was cooled before entering. The hotel was wee lit for entering late at night. I felt safe. The shower water was extremely hot.
More effort could have been placed on the breakfast since they advertised it. The breakfast was in a lobby area since there was construction ongoing in the restaurant. It was bagels, cold cereal - the limited continental fare.
Paying a resort fee of $25 was unnecessary as the stay only covered a night of 12 hours without use of the amenities.
Unless you have windows or are outside, you do not enjoy the great view.
Breakfast, pool, location
Noises level at night had pedestrian motorcycle racing. Had to wear earplugs.
The property was quite nice. It was a last minute stay due to cancellations and I’m glad we ended up there. Small room but all we needed. Bed was comfortable; front desk was so friendly and accommodating , and breakfast included was delish! The “pool bar” seemed out of service and some updates could be made to the deck lounging area but overall for a few night stay I’d definitely recommend this location.
