Great service
Pros:

The guy who works nights and mid afternoon while I was here is amazing he great with kids,very nice man and understanding. Had great time basketball, and pool all had fun

Everything they didn’t have a stopper for the tub as well as a very rough tub photos showed coffee pot but wasn’t a pot available sheets weren’t clean tv kept skipping toilet kept running breakfast wasn’t out one day

The breakfast was simple but good and the hotel staff was helpful when needed. All the amenities were great!

Cons:

We couldn't connect our Xbox to the tv but that may not have been the hotels fault.

Had a long vacation with 4 kids, close to airport and the staff was VERY kind.
Pros:

Well stocked king suite, very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I traveled with 4 rowdy kids, and they were very understanding. They even gave the kids a full pack of Swiss fudge cookies during our stay.
Staying here really took the stress out of traveling and made it a place to relax before getting on the plane to go home. 10/10 would stay again.

Sleeping accommodations were comfortable. Exercise room was good but needed cleaning.

Cons:

Room amenities were sparse. No tissues or body lotions. Body wash was out - we requested a new one from housekeeping staff and still did not receive it. Our keys to our room did not work the second night, so at approximately 11:00 had to go down to front desk to get keys working again. Rome darkening drape liner did not fit window appropriately letting in light from parking lot. Someone had attempted to tape the three panels together.

Not a good experience, customer service is pathetic and this hotel should be taken over by someother
Pros:

I by mistake created two booking for the same room. I talked to the property receptionist early in the morning and explained what happened and also immediately after that I canceled the booking using booking.com and was waiting for the revert and after sometime in the middle of my work I called booking.com team and explained the whole situation and they mentioned that they sent the email to the property and they are waiting for the property manager or people to revert on the same. I totally agree that it was non refundable room however the property didn’t even realize that I booked same room with two different amount and despite informing them the situation they didn’t even bother to look into the situation or revert back. I will never ever book this hotel again. The foul smell every where, utensil and cookware were dirty, no soap in the room and cutlery was also not properly cleaned. Bedsheet were dirty and smelly hence I had to use my own blanket.
