Great place to stay for a quick getaway.
Pros:

Great location, good size rooms, it was clean. Close to the new Amphitheater in shakopee which is why we were there.

Cons:

Only 1 elevator

Was looking forward to an enjoyable stay and was so disappointed with this place.!
Pros:

Close to event we were attending.

Cons:

Hallways smelled of marijuana. Pool was ice cold. Hot tub was empty because no heat. Very limited breakfast. The other room with the rest of my family requested more towels and never received them. Way overpriced for such a Hicksville motel. We had small children with us and this motel is definitely not a place for children.

Pros:

The location was perfect. The hotel was clean, staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast was good but I would like to see a better variety of fresh fruit with breakfast. The environment was peaceful and quite. No animal smells like I have experienced in other hotels. It's not the newest hotel but it was definitely CLEAN! I would definitely recommend the Fairfield Inn and Suites.

Great communication from the hotel
Pros:

I had an issue with my shower. The assistant manager was very communicative and took care of the issue. Overall, everything about the stay was good and with the help of the assistant manager, I liked my stay.

Cons:

Shower to have been repaired before I stayed in the hotel.
