Pros:

Nice neighborhood

Cons:

Stayed a week and had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels a few times. Cleaning staff doesn't speak english

Pros:

The location was perfect. The hotel was clean, staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast was good but I would like to see a better variety of fresh fruit with breakfast. The environment was peaceful and quite. No animal smells like I have experienced in other hotels. It's not the newest hotel but it was definitely CLEAN! I would definitely recommend the Fairfield Inn and Suites.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great communication from the hotel
Pros:

I had an issue with my shower. The assistant manager was very communicative and took care of the issue. Overall, everything about the stay was good and with the help of the assistant manager, I liked my stay.

Cons:

Shower to have been repaired before I stayed in the hotel.

Pros:

This older property has been freshly refurbished and made new. Thorough attention to detail.

We enjoyed a comfortable and restful stay. Breakfast is above average.

Pros:

Dre at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Called our room about 20 minutes after checking in to make sure everything was okay and to check if we needed anything else. He also gave us a coupon for a free appetizer at the restaurant we were dining at!! Would definitely recommend checking out Fairfield!!
