Location was perfect for the events I needed to attend. Could walk to restaurants and UVA campus.
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and very accommodating.

Cons:

The room needs a refresh. Window blinds have small holes in them, shower curtain smells sour, mattress made my back hurt, furniture looks a little beat up.

When traveling to Charlottesville, this is where I would stay again!
Pros:

This was our second time staying here. The staff are all helpful and friendly. The rooms are perfect for space, comfort and cleanliness. We love the two bedroom 2 bathroom suites for privacy and space to gather. Great location to be able to walk to stores, restaurants and nature. Kathy at the front desk was amazing and made the best first impression to our group and was there for all our questions and neeeds throughout.

Cons:

Nothing to not like.

Very friendly and welcoming staff who provided excellent recommendations for places to eat.

Enjoyed our time & perfect for the weekend & excellent location to nearby downtown, restaurants, bar

Bequeme Betten, geräumiges Zimmer, Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut. Der Orangensaft war sehr gut!

Cons:

Bißchen wenig Besteck in der Küche auf dem Zimmer. Sofabed musste von uns selbst bezogen werden.

Best stay for families
Pros:

Renovated not long ago. Nice sized suites with good carpeting. Kitchen with appliances is a great thing while laundary within the building was the icing on the cake. Nice wooded walking trail behind the building, easy parking and a filling breakdast all were tge perks you enjoy. Lication is just 2 mins walk from UVA enterance and a lot of food choices just 1 min walk. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Walking distance to shops and restaurants at Barracks Road

Cons:

Spare sheets were heavily stained; light went out suddenly while taking a shower and didn’t come back on; pool was very dirty and in need of maintenance (dingy scum line and full of leaves)
