A wonderful refuge when our flight home was delayed. We would definitely choose to stay here on any future trips

Lovely hotel. Very obliging staff. Quiet location with all facilities close by (shopping centre, bus and underground services)

Chill out muzak became monotonous after a while. Price of drinks was high

Great location. Super clean, staff is very polite. Also, I personally judge hotel quality by the towels — they have to be soft and fluffy. And the ones here are exactly like that

Cons:

It takes a long time to adjust the water to the right temperature. And I guess it’s missing a smart toilet or at least a small bidet shower
