Great location and room upgrade, but housekeeping needs attention
Pros:

Prime Location: Excellent spot within easy walking distance to Orchard Road, which is hard to beat for the price point in this area.

​Room Quality: The hotel room itself was very nice. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Deluxe Room, which made the stay feel much more premium.

Cons:

Bathroom Layout: The shower is located inside the bathtub. Having to stand in the tub to shower was quite inconvenient and may not be ideal for everyone.

​Housekeeping Issues: This was the main drawback. Upon arrival, we found a pair of used socks left by the bedside. The cleanliness and attention to detail from the housekeeping team definitely need improvement.

Cons:

My room smelt mouldy, we originally booked a single room thinking that it had two sections, however it was just two separate rooms with a connecting door, which we cannot unlock ourselves, once you closed the door it cannot be opened again without the staff. We made a lot of sacrifices in terms of price and location for the promise of a single shared room but that turned out to not be the case

Pros:

The lobby is beautiful and the stuff was friendly. I enjoyed their breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty when we checked in. No drinking water in the room. Our room had a door to the other room and the noise was too much from the other room we could not sleep.

It was a good value for money
Pros:

I choose this hotel because of the location and the price is quite reasonable. The staff were kind and generous. They let me have 2 hours early check in, maybe because it was in the middle of the week, so they were not as busy as on the weekend. The room was nice with a window overlooking the surrounding area.
