Обслужването беше много добро.Имаше тереса.

Cons:

Стаята беше тясна, тъмна, влажна и миришеше лошо, наложи се да спим на отворена тереса цяла вечер. Банята беше много малка и миришеше лошо.

What we needed for that night. Nothing special. The staff were lovely though.

Sehr komisches Hotel. Der Teppich in der Suite war sehr alt und schmutzig. Die Klimaanlage war extrem laut und ebenfalls alt. Man konnte sie nicht selbst bedienen, sondern musste jedes Mal an der Rezeption anrufen, damit sie von dort eingestellt wurde – eine Katastrophe.

Im Schlafzimmer lag neben dem Bett ein altes, weißes T-Shirt, das offensichtlich von einem vorherigen Gast vergessen wurde und nicht weggeräumt war. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, ebenso wenig die Fernbedienung.

Der Manager an der Rezeption, der Mann mit der Brille, war sehr unfreundlich. Er hat uns außerdem gedrängt, statt eines normalen Zimmers eine Suite zu nehmen, angeblich wegen unseres Babys.

Wir haben zwei Nächte bezahlt, sind aber bereits am nächsten Tag abgereist, weil es zu kalt war und die Klimaanlage nur Probleme gemacht hat. So etwas habe ich bis jetzt noch nie erlebt.

Wir haben nach einer Erstattung gefragt, aber nichts zurückbekommen – nicht ein
