Pros:

Room was fairly nice although the prices for everything inside were ridiculous such as the mini bar the prices to do laundry etc but overall it was very comfortable

Cons:

Staff were definitely not the greatest and I had an issue towards the end of my stay where they didn't let me know that I was going to have to pay an additional tourist tax and on top of that they overcharged me for it. I would recommend this place as a last resort

Ottimo e centrale hotel con uno staff gentilissimo
Pros:

Hotel ottimamente posizionato, pulitissimo e con uno staff di una gentilezza estrema che si è prodigato subito per farci avere un indumento dimenticato quando siamo partiti. Un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo considerato che si trova a Milano in posizione centralissima. Non possiamo che raccomandarlo molto.

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, gute Lage - Metrostation in der Nähe. Parkplätze können nur nach Verfügbarkeit gemietet werden. Wir hatten Glück, es wäre jedoch stressfreier, wenn man im Vorhinein einen buchen könnte.

The hotel is nice and clean. Service is excellent. Very close to metro station. It was a very nice stay. Definitely will book again once I return to Milan.
