Mal sabor de boca, no regresaría

Hice una reservación para 3 personas y solo nos permitieron acceso a wifi para 2 dispositivos móviles, la habitación en general estaba descuidada; la reserva fue con desayuno incluido y estando ahí no nos quisieron hacer válido el desayuno, además de que su mesero en el restaurante fue brusco en el trato a mi madre quien es una mujer adulta mayor

No fue una grata experiencia, empezando porque en mi reservación decía "Desayuno incluído" y allí me dijeron que no lo tenía incluído, cuando claramente la aplicación dice "TODAS LAS HABITACION INCLUYEN DESAYUNO", y la señora que me atendió simplemente me dijo que mi reserva según no lo incluía y era costo extra. Las instalaciones sucias y descuidadas. Lo rescatable es la alberca, tiene bonita vista, es pequeña pero ideal para niños, aunque estaban unos trabajadores ahí en la zona de alberca haciendo reparaciones y no se podía disfrutar bien, tiene buena ubicación, cerca del acuario
