Great location, excellent service, and reasonably priced.
Pros:

The staff was very nice and attentive especially in the restaurant.

Cons:

Our bathroom door did not shut at all like the hinges were off.

Comfy stay, but hard to find the driveway with renovations going on.
Pros:

Cons:

It didn't affect the stay but there was peeling wallpaper and obvious damage coming down a seam in the wall.

It was pleasant.
Pros:

It's a very nice hotel. I've been staying there for years. It looks like you've recently done some updating. The carpet looked new. I see you've finally given up trying to get the hot tub to work and just gotten rid out it.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a complimentary breakfast, there are really no good breakfast spots in Springfield. At least some complimentary coffee in the lobby would be nice.

Cons:

We solely booked this to enjoy an indoor pool with our family and upon arrival the pool was closed for construction and had been so for an extended time prior to our arrival. Nothing was posted on their website about the closure. We did not end up staying in the hotel as we live nearby. We’ve contacted customer support and nothing has been done.
