A 1.85% credit card surcharge for credit cards is applicable for all credit card transactions.
We require a credit card pre-authorization or a prepayment of the full accommodations amount plus AU$145 per night for incidentals, for a guest to be able to check in to the hotel.
Guests who book breakfast-inclusive rate plans will receive breakfast for 2 adults and up to 2 children aged 5 and younger. Additional children under age 5 and children 6-11 years old will receive 50% off the adult breakfast price.
Please note over New Years a nonrefundable, nontransferable pre-payment is required. Floor allocations will depend on the room type and date of arrival. Guests cannot request a specific floor during this time.

As usual room were exceptional. Grand lobby with friendly staff. We usually stay here when in town. Short walk to all areas of The Rocks and Ciircular Quay. Wonderful view of the Harbour and Opera House.

I’d emailed and even visited the hotel
in person to ensure we had a suitable room
Arrived after a flight and room was made up for 2 adults
All through the stay we never had cups or glasses for 3 of us
The view however is amazing. Room is comfy and horizion lounge has good selection of food and drinks
Some staff are more efficient and friendly than others.
I stayed in the Shangri La in London n December and the service was much better.
