Important information:

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

A 1.85% credit card surcharge for credit cards is applicable for all credit card transactions.

We require a credit card pre-authorization or a prepayment of the full accommodations amount plus AU$145 per night for incidentals, for a guest to be able to check in to the hotel.

Guests who book breakfast-inclusive rate plans will receive breakfast for 2 adults and up to 2 children aged 5 and younger. Additional children under age 5 and children 6-11 years old will receive 50% off the adult breakfast price.

Please note over New Years a nonrefundable, nontransferable pre-payment is required. Floor allocations will depend on the room type and date of arrival. Guests cannot request a specific floor during this time.

The valet parking fee is AUD 135 per day for vehicles over 82.6 inches (6.9 feet) high.

Lovely getaway to celebrate my friends 40th
Pros:

Room with the view of the Opera House. Great location for exploring the city.

Cons:

Room service brekky wasn't great quality food. The buffet was declines, great variety however too expensive for a small eater.

I spent an amazing night at the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, had a good workout at the gym and the breakf
Pros:

It had a lot of facilities like the gym and swimming pool, nice harbour and opera house views. Excellent Breakfast.

Cons:

It was a bit pricey and the room designs were very old.

Unparalleled luxury, when you can afford it.
Pros:

This place is really first rate. Fantastic views over the harbour, and great 24 hours service. It's really a touch of luxury.

Cons:

The cost: it is such that I can really only afford to stay there once a year, for things like birthdays or anniversaries

If had to pay full price would be very disappointed. Needs renovating.
Pros:

Location and bed was great.

Cons:

The hotel is very tired, the rooms need renovating and the breakfast bar was terrible the blinds were dirty and had holes in them and the tables and chairs were all wripped and scratched.
