The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

A 1.85% credit card surcharge for credit cards is applicable for all credit card transactions.

We require a credit card pre-authorization or a prepayment of the full accommodations amount plus AU$145 per night for incidentals, for a guest to be able to check in to the hotel.

Great location, exceptional staff. Not the cheapest but definitely worth the money and quality hotel
Pros:

Very central location and close to the cruise terminal. Staff were extremely helpful. Hotel was beautiful and clean, modern and good sized rooms

Good location and facilities, but simply not worth the high price tag!
Pros:

Great location with partial views of opera house.

Cons:

Bed was very uncomfortable and mattress had a big lump in the middle. For what we paid for 2 nights ($1000) this was very disappointing!
