Important information:

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

A 1.85% credit card surcharge for credit cards is applicable for all credit card transactions.

We require a credit card pre-authorization or a prepayment of the full accommodations amount plus AU$145 per night for incidentals, for a guest to be able to check in to the hotel.

Guests who book breakfast-inclusive rate plans will receive breakfast for 2 adults and up to 2 children aged 5 and younger. Additional children under age 5 and children 6-11 years old will receive 50% off the adult breakfast price.

Please note over New Years a nonrefundable, nontransferable pre-payment is required. Floor allocations will depend on the room type and date of arrival. Guests cannot request a specific floor during this time.

When booking 9 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.

The valet parking fee is AUD 135 per day for vehicles over 82.6 inches (6.9 feet) high.

Please note that Rollaway beds over NYE will be charged at $550 per night and $900 for Horizon Club Rooms and all Suites ( requests must be made in advance, at the time of booking, and are subject to availability ).

Ich würde ein anderes Hotel bevorzugen
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Lage ist hervorragend

Cons:

Leider ist das Hotel schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lobby ist wie an einem Bahnhof eine Abfertigung.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war ganz schlimm für ein 5* Haus, es sah aus wie auf einem Schlachtfeld sehr unapetietlich. Da kann man in der Stadt für wesentlich weniger Geld viel besser und gemütlicher Frühstücken.

Pros:

Overall the room was great but we would have liked it to be above floor 15 (we were in floor 7).

Cons:

We had to wait after the check-in time of 3:00pm for our room to be ready.

Absolutely amazing hotel with such friendly staff and amazing views
Pros:

This hotel is such good value for money. The staff are so helpful and friendly and the views over the harbour were absolutely stunning. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere quality to stay while in Sydney.

Cons:

This is the first time I have nothing negative to say about a hotel I have stayed in.

Having a view of the Opera House was definitely worth it
Pros:

The best part was having a view of the Opera House, which was absolutely stunning. Also great to get a view from the 36th floor if you don’t have a view of the Opera House. We were on the 21st floor and we had a great view. I love the little window seat,

It was also very conveniently located to the ferries and the botanical gardens.
