The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

A 1.85% credit card surcharge for credit cards is applicable for all credit card transactions.

We require a credit card pre-authorization or a prepayment of the full accommodations amount plus AU$145 per night for incidentals, for a guest to be able to check in to the hotel.

Guests who book breakfast-inclusive rate plans will receive breakfast for 2 adults and up to 2 children aged 5 and younger. Additional children under age 5 and children 6-11 years old will receive 50% off the adult breakfast price.

We had to move from room 2307 to 3004 and 3005 on August 22 due to room 2307 wasn't available for us on August 22nd. I turned in keys for room 2307 at 6:45am. By 1pm our room 3004 and 3005 weren't ready. I talked with 3 different people and finally I got the keys to our new room around 3pm!

Exceptional stay
Pros:

Everything was exceptional. Check in smooth, facilities great, staff friendly and helpful. We were grateful that we got gifted with some complimentary goodies and stayed in a spacious bright room. The pool and spa were great, and the location is excellent for exploring the city and the Rocks area. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be coming back. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay.
