We enjoyed our ferry trip from Vancouver Island and our trip North via Prince Rupert.

We had a great stay!
Pros:

Loved the location to the ocean and the stores and restaurant nearby. Staff was very accommodating as well

Cons:

The vending machines were all out of order. Breakfast as ok but a better one with Buffet bacon, hashbrowns etc would make a big difference. And no one made bed all week!

It was a good stay!
Pros:

The breakfast room, food choices, food quality, cleanliness, and staff service were all superb!!

Cons:

I was a bit confused when I checked in as the clerk asked if I had a pet — he said Booking.com had registered me as a Standard Room with 2 queen beds (pet friendly) and showed me a printout indicating that. I checked back to my confirmation number and I had selected and paid for a Superior Room with 2 queen beds which was definitely a more expensive choice. In any case, they were fully booked and the room we had was 204 and we were comfortable and pleased there.

Cons:

The breakfast can hardly be called a breakfast. It was more like a collection of a few unhealthy snacks. I have experienced much better breakfasts in significantly cheaper hotels.

Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Frühstücksangebot ausreichend , aber fast alles abgepackt, ohne Frisches Obst, Käse ( nur Philadephia Frischkäse) oder Wurst.
