Perfect for la ramblas area

Great hotel. Perfect locals for La Ramblas. Friendly staff. Will definitely recommend it. Very comfy beds and awesome pool on the roof in the warm weather we had.

Incredibly disappointing

Cons:

Their hotel website lies as it states ‘air conditioning’ however it was unavailable. Some staff said it was broken, some staff said it wasn’t allowed until later in the year (which is not specified on website if this is indeed the case) For someone with health conditions that requires air conditioning (and paying for a 4 star hotel to get this) these website lies should be stopped. We would never had booked. Staff not happy with our complaint, very unhelpful and defensive.. we were not impressed at all.
