Hotel com área comum muito bonita, porém por ser um hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ se espera uma compressão e atendimento do staff melho

Área do bar e quarto grande

Cons:

Gerência da recepção praticamente nos expulsaram do quarto por extrapolarmos minutos do check out. sugiro mais tato com clientes neste momento onde a saída do hóspede normalmente é crítica pois envolve intercorrências.

Excellent Accommodation
Pros:

Excellent staff very helpful and friendly. Room was roomy and clean. Close to restaurants not too far from main shopping strip.

Taxiservice vom Flughafen chaotisch aber gut im Endeffekt

Cons:

Kein Hinweis, daß Rambla und Pl. catalun̈a eine einzige Baustelle sind!
Receptionist gab falschen Hinweis auf Bahn Verbindung nach Manresa sowie Ort bzw.location des Bahnhofes auf Catalun̈a

Personalen i receptionen. Dålig rumstandard
Dålig ventilation. Kändes som de erbjöd sämre rum för att det bokats genom Booking.com
Fick inte frukostpaket med trots att vi bad om det. Usel utsikt och möjlighet till frisk luft en bakgård utan möjlighet att se himlen. Dålig kommunikation mellan personalen.

A great location, really friendly staff and beautifully cool on a hot summers day

The Pool was wonderful, so was poolside bar. And the beds are so comfortable

Hotel in a good location with unrealized potential
Pros:

The staff were friendly and kind. Cleanliness of the lobby and rooms was good. Great water pressure in the shower. Very good location, close to everything you can ask for such as great cafes, restaurants, shops, etc.

Cons:

The hotel feels quite dated, and the rooms are definitely in need of renovation, with worn-out furniture and an old bathroom. We stayed in a room at the end of the corridor with a window facing the street, and unfortunately, the soundproofing was probably the worst I’ve ever encountered - all the street noise could be clearly heard inside the room.

The mattress also felt old and offered very little back support, as it was far too soft. The bed linens were noticeably low quality as well, with an unpleasant, almost crisp feel.
