Comfortable stay
Pros:

The location was peaceful and comfortable

Cons:

The location of the room l was first given was immediately as you enter so every sound and movement l heard. I requested a change of room and was granted the courtesy.

It was a pleasant stay but could be improved by offering a more complete breakfast.
Pros:

I didn’t like the breakfast that was offered. It was minimal and if I wanted a breakfast sandwich I was informed I would have to pay for it.

A very nice hotel for 2/3 of the price I paid.
Pros:

In line with Hilton properties. The building is dated in the hallways, but they’re trying to update things.

Cons:

Bathroom drain was slow and the tub could’ve been cleaner. Microwaves in the rooms would be nice at that price point.

'Good Enough', but won't be returning
Pros:

The location was great and the staff let us check in late as we got in after midnight. The beds were reasonably comfortable.

Cons:

The building is old and in need of a general refresh. Our suite room was just a regular hotel room that had a strange alcove with a sad 2 seater sofa and no overhead lighting. Additionally, the sofa is clearly not meant to sleep an actual adult Human (despite being advertised as a sleeper).

While the beds were reasonably comfortable and had clean sheets, the room had clearly not been deep cleaned in a long time, as the carpets were stained, the grout was dirty in the shower, and the corners of the room showed obvious accumulated dust and dirt. This is not housekeeping's fault, but it seems that management does not prioritize room maintenance.

This hotel is technically 'fine', however it looks like management does not care about the guest experience at all. The building is generally outdated, the rooms need some serious attention, and the included breakfast was sad even by hotel standards. I felt that the hotel was a bad value even at the low price I paid. The quality felt closer to what you would expect at a Motel 6 than a Hilton property.

Staff made real efforts to be helpful, but the hotel seems not to prioritize customer comfort much.
Pros:

Staff were helpful in transferring me from my first room to a room where where the refrigerator worked, and in lending me an old desk chair for my room.

Cons:

The refrigerator in my first room did not work. No microwave in either room. Also, by default there are no desk chairs, which makes the desk not useful. Staff did help as they could with these things.

Pros:

If you have a car, location is great. Didn't take much advantage of continental breakfast - seems fairly basic, but kept me from being hangry til brunch. Room was just what you expect, had all the amenities you need (iron, luggage stand, hairdryer.) Nice rating on cleanliness in room.
