En verdad es el peor hotel en el que me he hospedado ,es un engaño las fotos que tienen ,no son para nada lo que es el hotel ,es viejo y en especial sucio y descuidado ,el servicio es fatal y aparte el jardin se utiliza para eventos y la musica se escucha en todos los cuartos ,y si uno quiere estar en la alberca te apagan las luces a las 9 pero los eventos que ellos tienen duran hasta muy tarde ,muy mala opcion y ni si quiera es barato cuesta lo mismo que otras opciones .

La habitación jamás se enfrió, estaba casi a 30 grados, se le pidió al personal revisar a lo cual dijeron en 3 ocasiones que enviarían a alguien a revisar, en resumen NO TIENEN CLIMA LAS HABITACIONES, Área de No Fumar, Huele a Humo, el único lugar Fresco es el LOBBY.

Más de 20 minutos mi familia y yo empiezamos a tener comezón en todo el cuerpo las alfombras en estado deplorable el baño olía hrrrible, las toallas rasgadas, sobre camas y sábanas con manchas

Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas, pero el hotel está muy limpio. Algo que no me agradó es que mi check in era a las 3:00 pm; llegamos 4:00 y tuvimos que esperar aprox 40 minutos porque “no estaba desocupada ninguna habitación aún” siendo que el check out es a las doce.
