Fix the ice machine on 1st floor
Location good for us on way into nyc. Breakfast was quite good with healthy options including fresh clementines, oatmeal, turkey sausage. Desk staff and manager readily available. Dove shower products nice; towels soft, bed comfortable. Free water bottles EXCELLENT! Also free bananas. Parking ample and safe. Shower head and water good; toilet flushed well. Fridge in room.
I prefer sink to be in same room as toilet. The room temperature fluctuated a lot. Not a beautiful place but fine. BF agrees we could stay there again en route to city.
The staff. From the start Andre was exceptionally helpful. His customer service experience was top 10.

We were tired after a flight and didn't want to drive home. This hotel was on the way. We didn't expect much, but it was just perfect for the 10 hours we were there.

There's something off about the water in this hotel, Clearly, they are aware as they have a large table of free bottled water in the lobby. It would have been helpful to have some sort of information about that.
