Pros:

The bed!

Cons:

There was no hot water, the water pressure in the sink was very low. The curtains were broken and no coffee machine in the room! The elevator sounded like prison doors closing! It was not eventful!

Best room I had yet
Pros:

This was the first time we had an accessible room. The water stayed hot and had good pressure. It was so thoughtful and helpful that there was a shower chair included. The in room fridge seemed larger than usual which was also very nice. The outlets on the lamps even worked well this time. That was very handy since we each have a c pap and needed to charge our phones and my watch. It was pretty quiet. I liked the full size mirror on the bathroom door. The coffee was delicious. The bed was a good height.

Cons:

Some of the TV channels were fuzzy. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way. That could have been intentional so a disabled person doesn’t get stuck in the bathroom. The water drained too slow from the shower and I had to mop up the floor.

The hotel I would recommend to others
Pros:

The hotel is close to the venue I visited and my room was upgraded free which was a pleasant surprise

I still have not received my $50 deposit back on my room after a week
