TV kept slipping back to wi-fi instructions menu onscreen, cleared only when unit turned off and back on, happened repeatedly. Annoying.

Pros:

Everything and every one was excellent. The young night time guy is nice but not always helpful. I manage companies in H I (Hawaii and in The UK) 6 hrs behind and 5 ahead. It is a really eclectic schedule. It would be better if all the staff was trained the same way 😎😎😍🤞

The location, in the middle of Jupiter FL, is the only thing this hotel had going for it.

Cons:

The concierge that checked us in the night we arrived was high as he checked us in, could not multitask or prioritize tasks at all. The elevator was out of service the whole time we were there, so we had to take our luggage up the stairs ourselves. When we made it to the stairwell, it reeked of marijuana smell, and my partner is asthmatic and allergic to smoke. When we got to our rooms, the air conditioning unit was pointed away from any common areas of the room itself, and only air conditioned a couch alone in the corner, making the bed area constantly warm. The hotel cleaning staff frequently left their carts of supplies in the middle of the hallway, even over night, so every time we opened the door to leave our room, there was a cart full of trash and laundry right as soon as we stepped out.

Cons:

That I had to ask for more towels and the housekeeper said no go to the front desk. The front desk person said she will ask a housekeeper to bring us the towels and never did. I finally found a housekeeper and insisted on more towels and she only gave me one.

Elevators were broke for the 3 days I was there, the doors at the other end of hallways did not open with keys for the 3 days I was on property also. Making a very long hike to front entrance and back to the stairs at the other end of the building. The coffee was extremely poor and the food was insulting!
