I’d pass for another place
Pros:

It was located very close to Spooky Nook sports facility. The receptionist was wonderful.

Cons:

The bedsheets were not changed from previous guest. There was candy in the bed when my daughter didn’t have any candy. There was candy on the floor. This indicated the rooms were not cleaned well. At $483 for 2 nights that was definitely not acceptable.

Had a great and relaxing time at the Courtyard Marriot.
Pros:

Nice open space in lobby and bar area. Very clean. Friendly and accommodating staff. Joe the bartender at night was great. Lisa behind the bar in the morning was great.

Cons:

Not sure why but parking lot was closed off in the morning but otherwise no big deal.

Nice location. Convenient to our destination.

Cons:

NO hot water for the entire stay (it was lukewarm at best!). Most times it was cold! Staff was notified but commented that they were aware and there was nothing they could do about it. Only that they were working on it.

Pros:

Soap was out in the bathroom. Made to order breakfast did not have iced tea. Charged me for parking (wasn’t told in advance). Nicest person on staff was the maintenance guy. He was fun to talk with.

Pros:

The beds are comfortable and they gave out complimentary Starbucks coffee in the lobby.

Cons:

They were having boiler problems the first night we were there and did not have hot water in the morning. Was told repeatedly that it would be fixed within hours but it wasn't fixed until the next morning. They didn't even offer a discounted rate for that night. Also the lighting in the room was absolutely horrible.

Pros:

Unsafe, Dirty, Limited dining, Noisy, no hot water for an entire day… hotel should have been shut down during reconstruction. This rebuilding should have been explained prior to booking. I’m sure I will never see compensation for my stay either!

Pros:

Unfortunately, for me I have already booked and paid for another stay here. Little did I know about the reconstruction that is taking place. This hotel should have been closed down during this phase or at least should have compensated the guests!
