Very good hotel in a good location
Pros:

Great staff and nice room. Breakfast very good. Nice pool and exactly bar staff there. Good coffee place nearby and shopping

Cons:

Breakfast room gets very busy in the morning but the food is very good

Le personnel surtout la conciergerie et son emplacement, c'est la 4ème fois que nous séjournons dans cet établissement. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Actuellement, ils sont en rénovation

Memorable— only regret you’ll have will be your stay was too short
Pros:

Excellent location and very well run hotel. Rooms are cleaned daily and the reception welcome makes every effort for an early check in or late check out. Well equipped gym, pool and restaurant. Breakfast was more than adequate. Most impressive of all was the super helpful & friendly staff. Make this your place to stay when visiting Bangkok. Value for money is very competitive and you will enjoy your experience from start to finish only wanting to extend your stay.

Cons:

Nothing significant compared to other hotels I’ve experienced previously.

The perfect stay
Pros:

We were chosen as the ‘Guests of the Day’ so our room was upgraded to a suite. The suite was stunning and so clean. The pool and the gym were both excellent. Breakfast was really tasty. The staff couldn’t have been nicer to us.

Great value hotel in a Central location
Pros:

Great pool, restaurant, breakfast, location and facilities in the family room were excellent. Lots of choice at breakfast and good quality food. The Saturday brunch in Mexicana restaurant was fantastic. Staff are lovely. They even sent up a cake on a plate to the room for my birthday.

Cons:

Bit of a musty smell, but it is an old hotel going through renovations.

Good experience value for money
Pros:

Breakfast was well catered for with a variety of items. The location was excellent close to cafes, restaurants and the BTS. The doormen and front of office staff were excellent very helpful including the bar staff in the lobby bar lovely ladies and very courteous and helpful.

Cons:

I understand the hotel is under going renovation however the work started very early in the morning and the rooms are in need of a desperate upgrade and good clean the hallways were not up to standard. The rooms that needed renovation should be closed until complete.
