The front desk person had no personality, seemed extremely bored with his job and he spoke just above a mumble. No salutation or conversation. Other than asking for I.D., credit card and told us the times for breakfast.

Expensive and filthy

It was run down, filthy and in disrepair. There were so many positive reviews which makes NO sense because this place was rundown and dirty. I have attached pictures. Three floors and the elevator wasn’t working (not their fault but didn’t help) the floors, windows and stairwells were dirty. When we pulled back the covers it looks like the sheets had not been changed. They were stained dirty and wrinkled. The bathroom was nasty. There was wet hair on the floor. The bathtub was not very clean and the shower curtain rail was coming out of the wall.. the pool was filthy and the paint on the veining in the pool room is literally coming off the ceiling. Staff was polite but unhelpful regarding the situation. It was Labor Day weekend so I paid $380 to stay one night in this place. Which didn’t happen because it was so dirty we had to leave. Very displeased

Pros:

The breakfast was great Friday thru Sunday and terrible Monday thru Thursday. The location is great.

Cons:

Staff not responsive to room issues - I notified them 3 times that we stood in water when showering and water went thru the curtain on to the floor. Not addressed.
When we checked into our room for the 2nd satay the room was clean but someone pooped in the toilet and didn’t flush - gross.

Pros:

Location and breakfast were fine.

Cons:

I’d asked for a suite room and this was supposed to have a separate sitting/sleeping area. Instead the room just removed one queen bed and replaced with a pull out couch. The only separation was a quarter wall, so we could not relax in our room while our child tried to sleep. It was NOT a suite room as reserved and paid for.
