For one night, acceptable.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and the location.

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible; there was absolutely nothing available other than scrambled eggs with sausage, coffee, and juice. There was no milk, no bread, and no waffles—even though the listing advertised a "good breakfast," which was the main reason I chose to stay there.
The bed was very comfortable, but the carpet didn't smell very good.
For a one-night stay, it was fine; however, for any longer duration, I wouldn't recommend it due to the cleanliness issues and the poor breakfast.

Good hotel, great location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location close to the beach and Marina. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little musty that smelled in the room.

More affordable option, better than a motel. Good breakfast, a little rough around the edges

The breakfast was solid with make your own waffles, eggs, sausage and coffee 24/7

The lobby is big and airy. Larger rooms. Staff is very nice

Cons:

It’s a “more affordable option compared to the other Marriott and Hilton brands but it is a little tough around the edges. Sarasota I guess is just expensive. It was $200/night and I would put this place a little above a motel. It had interior entrances for safety, but the decor, bedding, floors all were a little tired and dirty looking

Pros:

Leaving it.

Cons:

Illegal and shady dealings onsite. Drug deals from non hotel guests hanging out late night causing ruckus. Staff knew and did nothing about it.

Very disappointed for this trip.
Pros:

The area was very nice.

Cons:

The room could have been better as we booked 5 months in advance. The cost for this room was a bit overpriced for the quality. We were expecting something much better and to top it off they put us on the main floor near the outside pool.

I was pretty satisfied with everything except the bathroom. Also there was not enough towels on Saturday. They only left

I love that you have free breakfast, which was very good. Waffles eggs sausage.

Cons:

What I didn’t like for the value of the room pay you $200 a night the bathroom the tub should’ve been clean properly and the toilet paper holder was broken and I just expected Moore paying $200 a night
