Elevator was not working. Stairwell was creepy
Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the morning was fresh with quite a few options. IF the elevator gets fixed, we would stay here again.
Elevator was not working. My 80 year old husband and I had to trudge up and down with our luggage in a poorly lit stairwell to get to our room. This is totally unacceptable. We should have been alerted to this prior to checking. I did request a first floor room but was told that there were none available.
Clerk canceled reservation because I had no voice and he couldn’t hear me, was rude, hit my id out of my hand and refused to retrieve it, I had to wait 20 minutes but he was on his phone, finally retrieved my id, returned to me, and told me he canceled my reservation because he could. Discriminated severely because I had no voice & he was in a bad mood. He should be fired! I did nothing wrong! He simply could not hear me and did not want to bother with me. Discrimination is serious! I had to pay high rate to find other hotel last minute and had referred a friend to stay there because I was there. He left her all alone!

The elevator is broken for another 2 months. We didn’t find that out until we got there. Our room was on the 3rd floor. We had luggage’s. It was frustrating trying to find another room on the first floor. It all work out in the end.

Arrived to the hotel after receiving my confirmation number and pin for check in. Staff informed us there was NO RESERVATION with my name. I offered to show the confirmation and they didn’t even bother looking. Turned us away. We had to drive around and find (and pay!!) for another hotel with our infant daughter. Booking.com is refusing a refund claiming WE CANCELLED THE RESERVATION. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL OR BOOKING.COM! HUGE SCAM. Also claims to be near a beach which staff told us is a lie.
