Where to begin - I booked this particular room because of the pictured bath with multiple grab bars for two reasons: my home only has showers and tubs are difficult to get in and out of. Unfortunately the valve to select tub, shower or handheld leaked sprayed out of the tub onto the floor an obvious ongoing problem. The toilet rocked when sitting and getting up. The ceiling and floor were water stained. The caulking around the tub lols like a two year old did it. The house phone did not work. The bedside lampshade is stained. The entry hall had a crack in the wall probably from being hit by the door. I took pictures if you are interested. I was too tired to ask for a room change but did report the situation in the morning.

Our room was not clean at all! There was mold that looked like it had just been caulked over between the tiles and also mold on the ceiling around the exhaust fan. The bathroom floor had clearly not even been swept as there was so much hair all over the floor. When we check the bed, like we always do, there was hair between the sheet and the blankets. There was also would looked like a small blood stain on the lampshade on the end table. For the staff, a couple of them were great! I can't remeber their names, but the gentleman that had long hair and the lady that worked the front desk were amazing and very kind. A couple of the men that worked the front during our stay though were a completely different story. My sister and I were walking back into the hotel to go up to our rooms. We are in Florida so my sister was were shorts and a t-shirt. As we were walking by the front desk they looked at her up and down and all of the sudden the one guy goes oh I need to go check out that package that was delivered on the 4th floor and followed us and stood at the elevator with us to go up, until my husband came in and joined us, then all of the sudden the package no longer needed to be looked at. The other guy working the front desk had said as well that we wanted to go check the package out as well, but had to stay there to man the desk. One why were there be a package for the hotel being delivered to the 4th floor and how did he know our room was on the 4th floor as well. We had checked in the night before with the guy that stayed behind, not this guy. They made her feel so uncomfortable that she did not want to stay/sleep in her room until our parents got back to the room. She is a grown adult and never feels like this around guys. She takes crap all the time and dishes it out right back, but how these guys looked at her and what they did was in a while other level. Never again will we choose to stay here and I hope no other families with daughters stay there.

Nicht richtig funktionierende Klimaanlage, trotz Hinweis hat sich keiner gekümmert. Nur ein Toaster für alle Gäste beim Frühstück. Online Check in vollständig durchgeführt, keine Zimmerschlüssel vorbereitet !!alles wie ohne online Check in.
