Toilets system wasn’t the greatest . Staff did not check for my items that were dropped off properly so I had to walk back n forward from my room back to the front desk, when the package was there from my first visit .

Cons:

Old and needs upgrades. Outside pool area was dirty with broken chairs and umbrellas. No one tidied up the area.

Ate the same breakfast three days in a row. Some variety from microwaved eggs would be nice!

Pros:

The room was beyond our expectation. The hotel was very well accommodating. Staff was exceptional especially Mr. Dante... he always had a pleasant smile and welcoming appearance.

I expected more given the area and the brand of hotel.
Cons:

Front desk staff at check in were not welcoming and in their personal phones. Hotel is dated in main lobby area. The room met the standard. Parking lot was not well lit.

O quarto atendeu nossas expectativas considerando que ficamos apenas 2 noites. A localização é otimo, os funcionarios super atenciosos.

Cons:

Creio que o carpete nos corredores e nos quartos somando a pouca iluminação, não traz uma sensação agradavel. Pedimos para trocar nosso primeiro quarto, devido a cheiro. No novo quarto o cheiro estava mais ameno, mas a falta de luz, claridade me incomodou mto. Considerando que o quarto tem mini cozinha, senti falta de utensílios basicos, que facilitaria a estadia. Tivemos que sair tarde da noite para comprar prato e talheres descartaveis.
