Cons:

The lightening in the room was poor, the elevator door kept sticking. Never received housekeeping service at all and one of the ladies at the front desk was not pleasant at all, which they normally are.

Overall, my stay was great'.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable.
Linens and towels were brought when requested. I guess the breakfast was good I never got to make it.

Close proximity to the shopping center.

Pros:

Great breakfast, great location,nice staff, for some reason my bank card wasn't working I was able to pay cash thank goodness they allowed me to. Would definitely come back once the wifi is available for all paying customers.

Cons:

The stay was good but out of no where we was knocked off the wifi went to front desk they said members only, like just on a random Tuesday I didn't like that and we weren't from there so was not able to communicate with our family back home while at the hotel

The worst stay I ever experienced in a hotel

The poor hospitality this hotel showed very dirty stains on carpet elevator didn’t work had to call 911 I felled and hurt myself the manager gave nasty attitude no one called n checked on me had to go back to Maryland with black and blue marks ….. the worst I ever stayed needs to be shut down felt like a shelter…..
