well it was my first and last time here. the guy at the front desk was ok but he can do more friendly. anyway when i walk to my room it feels unsafe. the hotel was like empty. the room was clean and nice. but my feelings says something is not ok here.

The place just wasn’t it plus they don’t answer back plus I didn’t get my deposit back and they had my card lock for a month because they take month offf before I even paid and I put i wanted to pay at the hotel

Checked in at front desk on 9/6/2025 at 11:45pm and i was assigned room and smell of urine immediately as i walked into room.

Went downstairs to speak with front desk to asvise and was assigned another room. Upon checking sheets and pillow there was dried 3 blood stain/ spots on the sheets so i lifted the sheets and a huge yellow urine stain on the mattress which was hidden under a bed padding over the mattress.

I asked for a refund and Expedia denied and refused to give me a refund. I didnt not stay in these rooms more than 2 minutes while inspection where i would lay my body for the night. I was in & out of this La Quinta Deerfield 95 in less than 10 minutes amd most of my time was spent downstairs speaking with front desk.

Swimming pool closed. Carpet worn in room. Curtains need to be replaced. Windows need to be cleaned and not smeared.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were very pleased with the service. Unfortunately, we don’t remember the name of the front desk agent who helped us, but we do know she is originally from the Philippines. We want to highlight her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist us at all times. She truly made us feel welcome from the very first moment and made our stay much easier.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to all of our points of interest, which made our trip even more comfortable.
Without a doubt, we will return to this hotel and highly recommend it to other travelers looking for warm and professional service.

The carpet in the room was old and stained. My room was near the exit door and stairs which I didn't feel safe or comfortable about that. I asked for my room to be changed and it wasn't. I couldn't take my food up to my room. Overall uncomfortable.

The frint desk staff asked for additional funds but upon making my reservation and arriving to property my wallet was stolen, i couldnt provide additional funds but thought my booking was totally complete. I was not allow to stay at properry cause the front desk clerk cancelled my exist3reservation without allowing me to seek an alternative to my situation .... this cause me to loose my money on a nonrefundable transaction with expedia. Therefor im out of $81.59 and the hotel gained from it and the front desk staff was totally unprofessional on how the spoke and had lack of interest in resolving the issue
