Great value hotel for a night or two to explore Naples.
Pros:

Good breakfast, free tea and coffee and water all day. Good, clean room. although beds quite small. Pool a good size. Great location next to Olive Garden and short drive into Naples. Good location for visiting the Everglades.

Cons:

Pool needed a clean. Beds a little small. More choice at breakfast, although great value for the amount we paid.

The only positive experience during my stay was Valentina at the front desk. She was exceptionally kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful from beginning to end. She did everything she could to provide great customer service, and she deserves recognition for her outstanding attitude. Unfortunately, her excellent service could not make up for the poor condition of the hotel.

Cons:

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The entire property is in desperate need of a complete renovation. It was very disappointing to see how poorly maintained everything was.

The hotel was not clean, the carpets were filthy, the doors were damaged, the mirrors in the room were old and in poor condition, and the pool was dirty and clearly not being properly maintained. Overall, the hotel feels outdated, neglected, and far below the standard that guests should expect. It needs a full remodel from top to bottom.

I really loved how clean the hotel was. It smelled so fresh as soon as you walked in. Amazing location. Friendly staff. Hotel and gym. Had a decent breakfast for the price.
