Rooms was very clean and staff was very friendly
The pool was closed they said they close it after every labor day
The TV didn't work, there were two large bags of garbage left outside our door when we checked in and was still there when we left, the American flags outside in front of the hotel was severely faded and torn and needs to be replaced. Sounded like water was constantly running through the shower manifold whech was very loud. One elevator was out of service so everyone had to use just the one working elevator.
These items were brought up to the hotel staff at checkout and their response was they didn't have enough staff to take the garbage out and no other response was given for the other items. Nothing was offered for ihe inconvenience. Will not be staying there again.
I reported an item I left in the room after I checked out THE SAME DAY... and pretty much they either threw it away or it was stolen

The ice maker in the refrigerator had an electrical short in it and shocked me when touched. Reported to front desk. Did offer ice, but not another room with working ice maker.

Super nice
general room was clean, the shower was good. it was quiet area. being a longer term stay it's nice that the cleaning doesn't happen every morning. but trash by the elevator piles up as people get it out of their rooms.
do not care for the bathroom sink to be open to the room. the kitchennette cabints were grimy. overall the layout was not useful - good amount of space but not very useable.

The property was in a great location. The swimming pool was great.
I didn’t like the stay this go round. The bathroom had hair in tub, the key card was not working for the room so each and every time we left, the staff had to let us back in the room. We went to swim and was told since we didn’t have a card to the room we had to walk all the way around to the front of the building to get back in the hotel. My room a.c didn’t work properly,so the room was muggy the whole stay. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work at all. The curtain didn’t close all the way so when the sun came up it beamed in the room. When I respectfully spoke on some of these things to the staff, they responded with frustration and attitude.
