Staff were very helpfull always greet with a smile and service was vey good well done to Nyasha who work at the reception very helpful

Cons:

The room was smelling dusty on our first day as if the room was not even prepared for us to move in. The hotel its dated . Shower not workimg properly and bath taps not closing properly

Excellent hotel in a beautiful setting. Welcoming and helpful staff in all areas: restaurant, guest services, airport transfers, shuttle bus into town. Great centre for trips to Victoria Falls and Chobe National Park.

Amazing!
Pros:

Had an amazing time at Elephant Hills resort. People are amazing. Grounds were incredible. I loved the little warnings on porch doors about monkeys and even saw a few curious monkeys looking in the window! Close to everything. Would definitely go back.

Very enjoyable stay at Elephant Hills Resort
Pros:

Location is close to Vic Falls and hotel has a free shuttle to take you there. Room was spacious and has a comfortable bed. Breakfast and dinner was very good with good variety. Grounds and swimming pools are well maintained. All staff amazingly friendly and helpful

Cons:

Bathroom is functional with a good shower but is outdated

Very friendly staff and amazing facilities.

Cons:

Very disappointed with the Activities counter - I had confusion over an online helicopter booking which the Activities desk said they could not assist with, so I rebooked with them and on arriving at our flight, discovered we had now double booked. Now both parties are refusing to refund me for one of the bookings!
