Elephant Hills Resort

Location is close to Vic Falls and hotel has a free shuttle to take you there. Room was spacious and has a comfortable bed. Breakfast and dinner was very good with good variety. Grounds and swimming pools are well maintained. All staff amazingly friendly and helpful

Elephant Hills Resort well known for its breath-taking views over the Zambezi River and its proximity to Victoria Falls, so combining that setting with a professional gathering like SAP User Group Zimbabwe was both inspiring and productive. The following made it excellent;

The property is well located and offers essy access. Staff are well trained to handle conferences and they are always in good spirits. Enjoyed!

Recently we enjoyed a wonderful annivesary celebration weekend at Elephant Hills and we feel compelled to share our experience with anyone considering visiting Elephant Hills Resort.

Shout out to Sharon, Sina and Emma an amazing Guest Relations team which was friendly and assisted us with arranging a sunset boat cruise and recommended more local attractions and activities. Their professionalism made our stay effortless and we achieved value for money.

Our room was amazingly spacious and offered awesome views of the Zambezi River, the mist and rainbow from the falls which we enjoyed from the comfort of our balcony.

The meals exceeded expectations, our favorite was Breakfast featuring buffets of fresh fruit, several hot dishes and local cuisines.

Ultimately, combined efficient service and comfortable accommodation made for a special annivesary weekend. We highly recommend Elephant Hills Resort to anyone seeking a relaxing holiday.

We had the opportunity to go for an excursion in Botswana because the venue is close to Botswana. The venue is located in a game park and we had the opportunity to see wildlife in the vicinity.

Generally, a nice place to visit with good customer services and well-coordinated conference handling although equipment has room to improve

Decent stay. Reservations could do more in terms of letting the guest know of other activities available other than golf. I only found out later that there are a tennis court and a spa on the resort.
