Consisten quality experience
Pros:

Great time at the Hills. Benn here several times and never been disappointed. Great staff with a smile. This time the food surprised me, it was way better than in the past. Whatever they did with the kitchen staff Kudos.

Family experience
Pros:

I do recommend this hotel for Vic falls stay. The territory is huge and full of wild life. You can see the spray of the falls from your window and the most beautiful sunrises from the restaurant. The pool is very clean. The staff is very friendly and ready to help you with anything.

An amazing, brilliant and relaxing resort which captures the beauty of Victoria Falls.
Pros:

Elephant Hills Resort is a special place!!! We had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any need we had. I will recommend this resort to anyone visiting Victoria Falls.

Cons:

The bathrooms are slightly outdated but we were told that they are being renovated soon and we can’t wait to go back!!!

So much potential
Pros:

I did not feel any personal touch, in and around the hotel. For example no one would notice you carrying your own luggage and offer to assist. Too many people sweeping leaves, some of those should be attending to the real business, humans on the premises. Housekeeping did check on me the second night. My bed was too soft. Convert some of your rooms to have showers instead of tubs and ask guests to choose.

Great location, fantastic grounds, large room but feeling a bit tired.
Pros:

The location is wonderful, being away from the bustle of town but with the shuttle making access very easy. The grounds are superb to just walk around, even if you don't play golf.

The room was large and comfortable, with a great view, but feeling a bit tired, and the pillows were awful.

We really enjoyed the pool and the pool bar staff couldn't have been more helpful and attentive.

Dinner was good, breakfast was fine, with a very good egg station, but very limited choice of tea and the tables were too close together.

Pros:

Staff were very helpfull always greet with a smile and service was vey good well done to Nyasha who work at the reception very helpful

Cons:

The room was smelling dusty on our first day as if the room was not even prepared for us to move in. The hotel its dated . Shower not workimg properly and bath taps not closing properly
