Relaxing. Easy. Comfy.
Pros:

Very relaxing feel. Very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The wild horizons girls were amazing and very helpful

Pros:

very calm, great views

Cons:

paid extra for a river view which had nothing exceptional, the river is very far away … the garden view was the same and cheaper. Intrusive monkeys which made the terrace unusable at all times. All meals and drinks had to paid each time, no facility to pay at checkout which is very inconvenient because you need your card with you all the time

Pros:

Nice setting on top of a hill. view of the Zambezi if you are lucky. Spacious lobby and bar area, nice pool area. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Shuttle bus was not full and worked reliably. Breakfast was good. Room service relatively fast.

Cons:

Hotel seems somewhat outdated and could use some upgrades (probably like the entire country). Only rooms for 2 persons available - No family rooms.

Pros:

Hospitality great

Cons:

The guest can be loud around the rooms esp when there is a conference. They stop in front of your room and start chatting very loud early hours of the morning and sometimes late at night. Pls remind guests of hotel etiquette

We just stayed one night to see Vic Falls. It was Average.
Pros:

Friendly staff, convenient location to do day trip to Vic Falls. Beautiful green gardens.

Cons:

The building and rooms definitely need updating. Everything feels “tired”. Buffet dinner was expensive for a very average meal. The stay was priced far above the value we received.

Awesome location,good views of the smoke that thunders,golf course,river, wandering impalas,monkeys and hornbills..I was supposed to stay one night but changed my mind and made it 2 consecutive nights .The staffs are very friendly specially Carol was very helpful and friendly.Lovely welcome drink and beautiful complimentary gift, good food,tastes delicious,overall an awesome stay.
