Golf caddy was excellent, reception staff also very good, shuttle bus also great

They switched my room card off at 8 when i had agreed 11.30 checkout

Amazing hotel
Pros:

The staff were absolutely wonderful, attentive and it made for a very pleasant stay. The hotel has alot to offer and location is good. The views and sunsets from the bar is something to see.

Cons:

Parts of the hotel and the rooms are a bit outdated but alot of people did say they are about to renovate. Only issue with the free transport to town is that it's 1 shuttle every hour , but there's only 10 seats and hundreds of guests

Consisten quality experience
Pros:

Great time at the Hills. Benn here several times and never been disappointed. Great staff with a smile. This time the food surprised me, it was way better than in the past. Whatever they did with the kitchen staff Kudos.

Excellent. Good time keeping by the hotel. Good food which caters for both traditional and other cultures. The traditional performers did a wonderful job. My experience this time around has improved from my last stay at Elephant Hills. Thank you

Family experience
Pros:

I do recommend this hotel for Vic falls stay. The territory is huge and full of wild life. You can see the spray of the falls from your window and the most beautiful sunrises from the restaurant. The pool is very clean. The staff is very friendly and ready to help you with anything.

An amazing, brilliant and relaxing resort which captures the beauty of Victoria Falls.
Pros:

Elephant Hills Resort is a special place!!! We had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any need we had. I will recommend this resort to anyone visiting Victoria Falls.

Cons:

The bathrooms are slightly outdated but we were told that they are being renovated soon and we can’t wait to go back!!!
