The front desk staff seemed to not fully understand the check in process.

The actual hotel rooms were okay but we had to request a second towel for a room that had 2 people booked. This should be ready beforehand.

The dirty sheets gave me rash. Didn’t like the idea of one bath towel per room not sanitary at all. All please disclose that when it said breakfast included it is on for one guest the other guest has to pay

I believe when you pay for 2 people you should get 2 towels and 2 coffee cups at least. Apart from that i loved it!
