Ok but expensive for the area

Overall, the stay was great. It met our expectations. It was in a good location and fine for 2 night
Pros:

I enjoyed the ease of booking on Booking.com. The price was great. The location was ideal in relation to the event we were attending. It was a easy check-in and quite place to stay.

Cons:

I was surprised to find only 1 garbage pail in the hotel room.
Microwave foods were available at the front desk but no microwave in our room.
The toilet seat in our room would not stay up.
The sink had what appeared to be black mold on the caulking of the inside of the sink.

Pros:

The breakfast that was included.

Cons:

There was no room service to stock things like toilet paper etc..., the highway was right there so it was hard to sleep with that noise, the sheets and such on the beds were poor quality, there was no soda machine, there was no Bible, there were no drawers to put things like your clothes in, the closet door wouldn't shut, it was hard to get in the room with the key cards and there was no pool.

Кімната була велика, кухня в окремій кімнаті з зоною відпочинку. Безкоштовний паркінг. Сніданок одноманітний всі дні, тільки сосиски, омлет, йогурт та фрукти, але вафлі були дуже гарні.

Cons:

Брудно, смердить травою з усіх щілин, посуд дали весь брудний, плюс в останній день ще й тарганів помітив. При закритих вікнах шум з дороги постійно, в ночі заважає спати. Не раджу

Good location, but the entire building need renovation to get rid of the moisture smell.
Pros:

I liked the location as it was very close to my training center. Also as i had rental car, then always the parking was available. The bed was big and comfortable and i really liked that the pillows were not too soft.

Cons:

The place needs proper renovation. There is a moisture smell all over the place and it really annoyed. Also the lightning was very poor as there was no lamps on the ceiling. Wifi didn’t worked at all and i had to use cellular data. When walked outside of the room, there was moisture and weed smell everywhere.

Cons:

It was overpriced. Our 1st room, yes we had to ask for another room, smelled of deodorizer and stall smoke. The sheets were dirty and the bathroom was dirty. The 2nd room was not much better; holes in the sheets, what looked like urine on the register; mold on the ceiling and the desk chair was literally falling apart. We left and went to another hotel. And are trying to get our charges removed.

If this was my first stay at a Comfort Inn & Suites, it would be my last! I will never book with
Cons:

I clearly booked suite for 3 adults, but only had enough towels for 2. I had to get more towels from front desk.
The sofa bed's linens hadn't been changed since previous guests.

It met our needs but was disappointing.
Pros:

It was located close to the highway and met our needs for the night.

Cons:

It was shabby. The bathroom door was half painted, carpeting was coming up at the edges, there were scrape marks all over the walls, the wheels on the luggage cart were almost flat.
