The staff was not very friendly. We passed about 5 employees throughout a few hours and were never given even a smile. T

The location from the airport was nice. Otherwise, not a great experience.

Cons:

The cleanliness was not up to par. The property was not as pictured. The staff wasn’t very welcoming or friendly. Our sheets were dirty and the room had a smell.

Not worth more than $100 a night. Sadly disappointed.

Location and shuttle service. Shuttle driver was very nice and welcoming.

Cons:

The whole hotel reeks. The carpet was so dirty that our feet were black within minutes of being in the room. There wasn't easily accessible wall outlets for medi al sleeping devices. The water didnt drain from sink or tub. Bed was extremely hard. Front desk lady got extra pillows when asked but didnt welcome us there and seemed like we were bothering her. No one thanked us for our stay or asked how it was. Breakfast was okay, very minimal but okay.

I stayed at this hotel from Thursday to Friday, and my experience was absolutely unacceptable.

The photos shown online are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. What I booked and what I received were two completely different things.

I specifically reserved a room with two double beds, but instead I was given a room with a single full-size bed, which did not meet my needs at all.

The room itself was in terrible condition:
• Strong musty odor throughout the room
• Visible humidity and damage on the walls
• Dirty environment overall
• Hair in the bathtub and on the bed sheets
• Wet carpet, which made the entire room feel unhygienic

Additionally, the mattress and pillows were extremely poor quality. My husband and I both woke up with neck and back pain, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.

This was not just uncomfortable—it felt unsanitary and unacceptable for any paying guest.

This experience was horrible from start to finish. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

I am requesting a full refund for this stay, as the service and conditions provided were far below acceptable standards.

Nothing no hot breakfast also no hot water for two nights that I stayed so I’m not happy. My money went down the drain I did no enjoy my stay

Cons:

For the price was not worth it also how you give someone a room twice and neither of them had hot water. I mean nooooooo HOT WATER!!!!!!
