Misma no se podía respirar mi bb salió con una roncha y con la cara a punto de k no podía respirar de hecho no pudimos volver a entrar mi esposo fue x las maletas y nos mudamos a otro hotel. En ese lugar lo único k puedes agarrar es una enfermedad respiratoria por los productos químicos y el olor fuerte o por mosquitos.

Friendly and helpful staff, but the poor condition and cleanliness of the room made our stay disappointing.
Pros:

Despite the issues with our room, I want to recognize the staff for their excellent service. Everyone we interacted with was polite, friendly, and helpful. The housekeeping staff, in particular, were very kind and accommodating. Their professionalism was greatly appreciated and was one of the highlights of our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room and the entire floor where we were assigned (Room 304) had a very strong odor. We weren’t sure what was causing it, but it was strong enough that the smell lingered on our clothes.
The bathroom also needed much better attention. It was not very clean, and the back of the toilet was especially dirty. In addition, the toilet tank was leaking, and there were reddish stains around it that appeared to be rust or oxidation. Overall, the bathroom could really benefit from renovations and better maintenance.
We don’t usually complain during our stays, so we chose not to report it at the time. However, because of these issues, we will probably choose a different hotel for future visits.

Gran lugar cerca al aeropuerto.
Pros:

Súper cómodas habitaciones, muy bien ubicado… decidimos quedarnos aquí para estar más cerca la última noche en Miami antes de volar a Colombia. Muy buen lugar.
