Nothing. I left after one night.

Cons:

This hotel was a nightmare. My first room (Room 423) was filthy, smelled bad, and had bugs. I woke up with bug bites bad enough to require an urgent care visit. I told the front desk, and they moved me to another dirty room that looked just as bad — stained furniture, sticky floors, and a generally unsanitary feel.

There were people who appeared to be on drugs in the lobby, loudly arguing and trying to check in while staff did nothing. A pipe near the first-floor ice machine was leaking, and the whole property felt neglected and unsafe.

I checked out the same day and moved to another hotel. The Courtyard refused to issue a refund for the nights I didn’t stay, and the general manager never followed up. Marriott Corporate offered “points” instead of accountability.

Pros:

Stayed in room 309. Bathroom shower has small black spots on the ceiling, the shower looks like it could use better cleaning we put a towel on the shower floor due to the discomfort of the bathroom. Our sheets had a spot on them I’m not sure why sheets are used if they have stains but ours did. The room as a whole has a stuffy feel and a smell which personally gave off mildew so we got Lysol to spray the room for comfort reasons, and our tv remote was broken had to get another. Since we stayed only 2 nights we didn’t ask for a new room n couldn’t book a last minute room anywhere else so we stayed but we won’t be returning to this location it just wasn’t what we expected but it did enough for the reason we came to Jacksonville which was the football game.

Other than not having a complimentary breakfast, I had a perfect stay.
Pros:

The staff was lovely...at all times. I enjoyed my stay. However, I was under the impression that breakfast was complimentary but it was not. I've had some of the best complementary breakfasts at other Courtyards (specifically, Essex Green, NJ). Overall, it was a great stay.
