We travelled as a family with our child and had a very good experience at this hotel.

Even before our arrival, the staff reached out to clarify directions and ensure a smooth check-in, which we really appreciated. We had requested a crib in advance, and it was already set up in the room when we arrived—very convenient and thoughtful.

To our surprise, we were also given a complimentary upgrade to one of the suites. The room was extremely spacious, making it very comfortable for our family stay.

The location couldn’t have been better—right in the city center, with everything easily accessible. Overall, it was a very pleasant and stress-free experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Cons:

While the hotel has some positive aspects, there are several areas that need significant improvement.

Cleanliness was below expectations. There were parts of the room that appeared not to have been properly cleaned for quite some time. During our 4-night stay, housekeeping was inconsistent—the room was not properly cleaned, and the bed linen was not changed at all.

We also felt that the staff’s recommendations were limited and did not help us experience the city in a more local and authentic way. For example, they were unable to suggest a good bakery for breakfast in the city center or any restaurant beyond the touristy options.

Additionally, the breakfast offered by the hotel was overpriced considering both the quality and the quantity provided.

Overall, the hotel has potential, but improvements in cleanliness, service, and guest guidance would make a big difference.

Pros:

Très bel accueil du monsieur à l'accueil. Nous avons aussi apprécié la petite attention dans la chambre ainsi que la préparation du lit de notre enfant.
Insonorisation excellente. Bref tout s'est très bien passé, on reviendra !

Cons:

Il faisait un peu chaud dans la chambre, on n'avait pas ajusté à la baisse le thermostat.
