The check-in process was excellent. The staff were very helpful and provided useful tips about the city and the surrounding area. We were also informed that our room would be ready within 10 minutes, which was greatly appreciated.
The location is fantastic, with easy access to all the main attractions. This made exploring the city very convenient.
Our room was quiet, comfortable, and featured a balcony, which was a nice bonus and added to the overall experience.
We did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that aspect.
I did not notice any negative points during my stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Das einzige was ich beanstanden würde ist, dass ich ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht hatte, ich aber trotzdem eine durchgehende Decke für zwei Personen und keine eigene Decke hatte

Nice room, good breakfast and central location in downtown. However, shower and wc very tiny, like in a ferry cabin. We never did not find our way to hotel's garage and had to use public parking. Impossible to navigate there.
The attitude of the staff is par excellence and a joy when on a break from work.
The bathroom and separate toilet doors are a little difficult to navigate; but spotless.
