Très Belle adresse.
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, très bien placé dans le centre historique.
L’hôtel profite d’un parking.
Le personnel est professionnel.
Le déjeuner est un buffet. Il est proposé dans une grande salle lumineuse. Le buffet est excellent.

Overall it was nice
Cons:

The room was only being done when I had to call the reception. The cleaning lady dedicated for the floor was cold but the one who replaced when the reception called was nice.

Good hotel in central location
Pros:

The hotel was in a very good central location, giving easy access to all the places of interest. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
The bedroom was comfortable and the air con was very good. However, there was very little storage space for clothes and the bathroom was very small also. The breakfast was acceptable with a reasonable choice of food available.

Cons:

The small bathroom and lack of storage space were the main issues.

We should have booked somewhere else.
Pros:

Nice enough hotel.

Cons:

We chose this hotel because it had a secure car park. However, the day we arrived all routes were barred by police due to a Gay Pride march. We had not been made aware of this event and nothing on the website (only the marathon is mentioned). Reception seemed unapologetic and surprised the police wouldn’t let us through in to the pedestrianised area. Thousands of people everywhere! Having driven all around to try and find a different route in, police advised us to just find a car park and walk!! In the morning, lots of homeless and rough sleepers about.

Les serveuses faisaient leur possible pour satisfaire les clients. Visitas assez nombreuses

Good location, reasonable rooms, small bathroom and average breakfast
Pros:

Most of the main museums are located less than half a mile from the hotel.The no 1 tram stops about 50 yards away.
The room is reasonably comfortable although the bathroom is tiny.The staff are helpful.
Breakfast was fairly average..Food not always replenished quickly.The bed was fairly comfortable.
