Pros:

Receptionist E.B. was very rude. We had paId reservations, at the door she basically kicked us out, wouldn't hear me out. Said it was Expedias fault, butnit was hotel's fault. They oversold their rooms. She was absolutely beligerent about it and unempathetic, then wanted me to call securituly on me because i wouldnt leave. I wouldnt leave until I called Expedia to verify this place hadn't stolen my $. Only after I threatened to call the cops did the lady allow me to make my call while there, to verify. Worst experience ever. Luckily Expedia empathized and got me a better hotel and they paid the difference. That is customer service.

Was not habitable for anyone. Rooms were filthy and stank like plumbing problems for decades. Sinks, toilets and showers were not in Working order and were filthy. Checked in long enough to see my room then immediately checked out and asked for a full refund. Never again would i give this place the time or day to stay again

Pros:

This is a dangerous area to stay in Albuquerque. When i showed up, there were many, many unhoused people walking around the property. After calling other hotels, a local told me i should definitely get out of that area of town. Not safe. Just a warning to out of state travelers. I did notice while i was making arrangements for another place to stay, several out of state vehicles showed up, then left promptly.

Not reliable reservation
Pros:

Reserved room with 2 queen beds. Only had a room with one king bed available. Take it or leave it according to front desk. It was 9 pm and after driving for 6 hours. Not good. At least Cody, manager apologized.

Pros:

Just stay away. Pretty sure this is low income housing at its best. We got what they call a suite. Outlets didn't work, refrigerator didn't work... Everything about this place was wrong. Smoke detector's gone, whole thing walls, see if your curtains... Dirty everywhere... Everywhere. Just don't. We thought it was a mom and pop motel but shame on us for not mapping it with Google Earth.

Marked safe from my stay at Tree Inn
Pros:

This place is so disgusting. Where do I even start. As soon as you open the door the smell knocks you over. It is absolutely pungent and made for a terrible night breathing it in. There are stains all over the walls- some kind of mystery brown splatter. The sink wasn't even clean, there was hair and toothpaste from previous guest. The parking lot is full of tweakers and cars with the windows broken out. There are units with the door locks missing. Not only is this place foul in the worst ways, but it feels very unsafe as well. My husband joked that we might actually get murdered here. We survived, hardened and a little scarred.

Friendly efficient check in. Room was spacious and clean. Not the most modern, but perfect for an overnight stay, and close to everything. Check out was a breeze, super friendly staff. Would stay again.
