I’d rate a 9/10!
Pros:

Property was extremely convenient to my vacation location.
The price for 2 nights was extremely reasonable!!
Staff were all friendly, helpful, and kitchen staff did awesome for the complimentary breakfast.
Called room service for towels and was greeted politely at my door with the things I needed 10 minutes later.
Got a king size NON smoking room which was just as great, very clean to my liking (I’m also a housekeeper), bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap/lotion at the sink.

There are several fast food joints around.

My wife and I were very skeptical but I had a great experience for what I paid for and the surrounding area. Just keep to yourself and don’t bother the locals. Everyone is chill for the most part.

Cons:

Room service (food) delivery times. They are not in hotel based foods.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like, I’d just want to make others aware that it’s around a neighborhood.
The hotel itself was great .

I don't recommend this hotel no more.
Pros:

Breakfast was nasty potatoes look and taste old and hard egg was cold.

Cons:

The bathtub was clogged the carpet needs a good cleaning ,3 towels for 2 persons for 2 days ,and breakfast was nasty.
