Service was awful. Cigarette burn holes in the quilt and the room smelled of pickles and smoke. We had specifically asked for a non smoking room. When the front desk was told about the burn holes, no accommodation was offered. We stayed for three hours before we checked out. Front desk lady was awful
Nothing
People walking in our room uninvited. It was unsafe
Swimming Pool and Hot Tub are closed and they were completely dishonest about it. No mention of closure online when I booked. Electronic sign in front of hotel lists "inside swimming pool" and "hot tub". Sign at pool area entrance says "pool closed for cleaning", but there is a ton of construction material sored in the pool area so my guess is it will be months before it opens. TV stopped working at 6pm after our check in and the staff could not get it to work.
Everything great priice easy to locate .
A working ice machine!
Nothing.
They had that they had a pool on the big sign outside and pool has been closed for a long time.
Walked in to check in and walked out. Was dirty sketchy homeless people walking around building. Pool was completely closed down. I didnt even speak to the front desk guy he looked at me and turned away no hello welcome nothing. Unfortunately it was non refundable. I lost out on my money.
The whole experience could've been better.
Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I walk in the door immediately wonder, "what is that racket?" It was the fridge... No biggie. I just unplugged it. Then I got to turn on the light and I'm missing a light bulb. Watched the Artemis II splashdown and had to use the rest room. Went to flush and the toilet flushed... Cool. Then nothing. Each time I used it, I had to remove the lid, give the refill thing a thump so it would fill back up again. Next morning I went to shave and noticed the sink filling up... I thought, "oh - the stopper is set - just unstop it. Nope. That was broken and there was no way to unstop without something to pry it open, which I didn't have. But then I needed the hairdryer but it wouldn't turn on. I quickly noticed why - BECAUSE THE PLUG WAS MISSING!!
Does anyone ever maintain anything anymore?? If I were Wyndham, I would be embarrassed to have my name associated with garbage hotels like Days Inn.
The staff
Tv
It was quiet and the staff was friendly
The pool area was closed
The breakfast was cereal and boiled eggs
There were tears in the bed spread
There were candy wrappers on the floor from previous guests.
It was late, we were in a bit of a bind, and the price *seemed* right.
But this was one of the most gross, dilapidated, run-down properties we've ever been unfortunate enough to stay at.
Everything - and I mean everything - is broken, dirty, threadbare, or worse.
Electric and lighting, phone, carpet, cigarette burns in the chair cushion and on the bedspread. All of it was in some state of disrepair. Every where you looked, everything you tried to use, was in need of attention, cleaning, repair, or replacement.
If I was part of ownership or management, I would be embarrassed to to present a place like this to anyone, anywhere.
Had a microwave refrigerator. And a great breakfast in the morning
The price will still kind of high especially for somebody was staying for several days at the time.
This facility was absolutely disgusting I am still waiting on a refund, we left and had to find another hotel super late at night, we did not complete our stay this has been reported to booking.com and the hotel
All of it
Location
Very tired. Needs updating.
