Pros:

La gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, l'ampiezza e comodità dell'appartamento, la privacy, il parcheggio. Anche la posizione, perché è vero che la struttura non è in 'prima fila' e il mare di vede da lontano, ma lo si raggiunge in appena cinque minuti

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura anche lo scorso anno insieme al nostro gatto e cane di grossa taglia e ci siamo trovati subito bene. Posizione comoda e vicina a tutti i servizi. L'appartamento è pulito, accogliente e fornito di tutto il necessario, anche dei climatizzatori. Il personale è cordiale, disponibile ed attento alle esigenze del cliente e degli animali domestici. Gentilissima e solare è la proprietaria. Ottima la cucina del ristorante! Consigliatissimo!

Soluzione perfetta
Pros:

Soluzione pratica. Di fatto un appartamentino con una camera da letto giusta, terrazzo, salotto con cucina completa, toilette buona. Ascensore, silenzioso, ampio parcheggio sul retro di via Fabio Filzi. Climatizzatore in ogni stanza, nonostante facesse freddo e tirasse un vento freddo da nord, in camera si stava benissimo. Armadio ampio. Check-in e check-out perfetto. La titolare è di una cortesia squisita. Merita la menzione il ristorante, fishbone, solo pesce e cucina giapponese veramente di livello.

Cons:

Tutto perfetto. Se proprio devo dare un suggerimento, metterei mano al sito internet. È un peccato non valorizzare sul web questa struttura.
