No security cameras in parking area. Someone crashed into my truck but due to no actual security camera footage, I have an extra expense to deal with.

HOrrible roach hotel
Pros:

Beverly at the front desk was nice and finished checking us in

Cons:

There were holes in the walls with water leaking out often. The non smoking room had the overwhelming smell of smoke with tar dropping down the walls. No door on the bathroom and the window lock was broken, the heat didn’t work above 66 it
was horrible and filthy. We would have left but wee too exhausted to find another hotel after already paying for this one

Not pleasant!
Cons:

We had to be moved several times in one day. The first time was because the key cards did not work with the room the second and third time was because there was a tick in the room and the third time there were ants.

Could be better but decent
Cons:

Checked out a day earlier and since then nobody has been answering the phone every time I called for days since this entire week. I just wanted to know if I’d get my money back for the last night for checking out on the 19th at 9:40 am instead oF the 20th.
