Good except the breakfast

It was a HUGE mess! Very frustrating and Not worth a dime we spent!!!

They messed our room up with another. We ended up paying for someone else’s room. They let us in there at 2:30pm, we unloaded everything not knowing anything about it, left for a concert. When we returned we were in the bed, around 1am. Some people walked in on us and woke us up. Freaked us and them out. We all got together went to front desk. The woman at first lied that she was the one checked us in, said we hadn’t paid. We had to go get receipt proving we did. We ended up in a room under someone else’s guest name that we paid for, and that guest ended up in a room under my name that they paid for! Why take two I.D’s to copy on printer, to match one up to guest name, and other to the new card on file. Then have everything messed up!!!!!! What if those people were untrustworthy and had checked in and front desk gave them the key to our room and they went in and stole everything we had?!!!!!!

Got all that settled went back to room, noticed on bank account they had tried again to take payment from nieces bank card when she reserved the room at 10pm ( We had reserved online this room and it made us put a card on file, which is okay, but we clicked pay when we arrive. We paid with a different card there, told them to use that card to be one on file. ) Had to go back upfront and argue with same woman because she kept trying to lie to us about everything, finally I said take that CARD OUT OF YOUR FILES! Was no reason to have two of our cards on file for one room! The woman said she fixed everything, so who knows!!

Overall I would not recommended anyone to stay here, unless they have new/better staff, and they make sure that they pay better attention to what they are doing..

No security cameras in parking area. Someone crashed into my truck but due to no actual security camera footage, I have an extra expense to deal with.

HOrrible roach hotel
Pros:

Beverly at the front desk was nice and finished checking us in

Cons:

There were holes in the walls with water leaking out often. The non smoking room had the overwhelming smell of smoke with tar dropping down the walls. No door on the bathroom and the window lock was broken, the heat didn’t work above 66 it
was horrible and filthy. We would have left but wee too exhausted to find another hotel after already paying for this one
