Pros:

Lovely property with large bedrooms and good facilities in the room. The big fan was appreciated on such a hot day! Glad I asked ahead about the parking and the response from the hotel meant that I could park close to the hotel.

Cons:

The lack of parking and currently the road works made it a bit difficult to access.

We voelden ons erg welkom. We zouden graag eens terugkomen!

Cons:

Niets, heel goed. Het was alleen een beetje warm op de kamer, maar daar was al op geanticipeerd met 2 verkoelingsapparaten. Die waren gezien de grote ruimte iets te klein denken we. Maar dit is een kleinigheid.

Overall a lovely hotel and would definitely stay again
Pros:

We had our room upgraded to a de-luxe room which was fabulous. Staff were very efficient and helpful. It’s a fabulous building. The location is excellent for visiting the west end. The bar was also lovely.

Cons:

The radiator in the room couldn’t be switched off and was very noisy. Also the tables in the outside courtyard were filthy and we actually had to ask for it to be cleaned after our food arrived

Pros:

Really enjoyed our breakfasts, right down to the coffee. The Inn is four two story apartments now connected on the ground floor. There are four grand staircases each with marvelously carved banisters and as you ascend the stairs, four unique large tined stained glass windows. The bus stops for inbound buses is about 50 yards away. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
