A United visit!
Pros:

We missed our flight due to United airlines being late. But they put us up in this hotel. The check in process was so easy and the staff gave us complimentary amenities since we didn’t have our luggage. The hotel rooms have been updated and are very nice. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet despite it being a bust Saturday night in downtown Denver.

Reservé el hotel por la piscina y no estaba disponible.
Pros:

El hotel es una maravilla, todo limpio y muy amplio. Las habitaciones son grandes y las camas súper cómodas, el baño también muy bien con bañera.
La tienda 24h en la entrada una maravilla y súper buena idea y bien equipada.

Cons:

Reservé este hotel porque tenía pisicina para los días tan calurosos de Denver y estaba fuera de servicio y no hemos recibido ninguna compensación por ello, una veradera lástima.

La camera era accogliente e ben disposta, nonostante la vista sul parcheggio mutipiano non fosse il massimo… bella la sala colazione con vetrate sulla strada e buffet di buona qualità

Cons:

Ho trovato diversi capelli a terra nel bagno. Ho segnalato la cosa al personale delle pulizie chiedendo che la stanza venisse pulita (cosa non prevista ogni giorno) ma al mio rientro la stanza era stata rifatta ma i capelli erano ancora lì. Il giorno seguente ho segnalato la cosa ad una addetta della reception, che con modi asettici e poco cortesi ha detto che avrebbe riferito la cosa senza mostrare alcun cenno di rammarico per l’accaduto (come se fosse normale in un hotel a 4 stelle avere per più giorni capelli altrui sul pavimento del bagno). Sempre in reception mi sono imbattuta in altri addetti/e piuttosto antipatici e perennemente scocciati. Il personale della reception a parte una o due eccezioni non è assolutamente all’altezza della struttura.
L’hotel nel suo complesso richiede una rinfrescata e il bagno della stanza andrebbe rimodernato

Comfy Stay
Pros:

The location was very convenient for the conference at Colarado Convention Center.
I especially like the Housekeeping work (by Anjali and others), because there was a beautifully neat room waiting for me after a hectic day. Thank you.
