The pillows, rooms were pretty nice for the most part…
Valet was confusing and hard to find them, wait time on getting on an elevator was minimal 10 minutes, no microwaves in rooms
The room was comfy. The hotel had great views. In a great location of you like to try new foods.
Quite pricey for only 1 night. And i had to cut a day off my trip cause I wasn’t going to be allowed to check in when I got in at 2 am.

Excelente ubicación, los cuartos muy limpios, cama cómoda y el personal muy amable, es una gran opción si se quiere estar cerca del Centro y el museo de arte. Todo lo hicimos caminando, así que volveré si tengo que regresar a Denver, sin dudarlo.

It was close to a restaurant . The bed was comfortable
Well let’s see. All you can eat breakfast was a $100 for four of us with only cereal, yogurt, eggs available. No options for dairy or gluten free.
The bathroom was old and disgusting, unclean and the door wouldn’t even shut. So privacy for us four was not a thing.
It was incredibly loud and could hear everything g in the rooms next door.
I was told parking was included and then charged $55 a day after I was told on day two of our stay that I had to use valet.
Staff could not give any recommendations on restaurants in the area.
Pool area was just disgusting and unkept. Dirty towels everywhere
I asked for extra towels as we had 4 people staying in the room but only 3 towels, called down to the front desk and it took them well over 24 hours to bring up extra towels.

BED BUGS - I got bit by bedbugs in my stay there, I’m so angry because I have proof, not only the bites but actual pictures of the bugs that I took, yet they didn’t want to refund or compensate me in any way, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY
