Chambre délabrée sans eau chaude
Pros:

L'emplacement sur Rodney Bay.
Les messieurs du personnel qui nous ont aidés avec nos valises.
Le lit était grand.

Cons:

Le prix de la chambre 170£ la nuit pour une chambre délabrée et de mauvais goût.
Peu de pression et pas d'eau chaude dans la douche.
La douche est fixe et haute.
L'eau de la baignoire de s'évacue pas entre deux douche.
Au abords d'une route très bruyante.
La vue sur un terrain vague et un tractopelle.
Les produits du petit-déjeuner sont très "cheap".

Chambre sombre toute la journée pas de terrasse pas de balcon L’unique petite fenêtre de notre chambre donnais sur le couloir donc on ne pouvais pas aérer déplus ce couloir reste allumé toute la nuit une petite vitre au dessus de notre porte laissait passer la lumière pour dormir ce fut gênant aussi notre chambre 308 est situé au bout du bout de l’hôtel dans une aile qui semblait être un rajout à proximité de la route donc bruyant équipement 2 grands lits une chaise 1 table de nuit pas de table pour se poser cela ne vaut pas 165€ la nuit

Just awful, but bed was lovely and comfortable.

Front desk dismissive, wouldn’t listen to me. Said we did not have a suite booked, downgraded us, we went back to the front desk, miraculously they then gave us the original suite category we had booked!

They never apologised once! They really need a course in customer service. The worse front desk I had ever encountered.

Breakfast was awful…. Beef brisket??? Clearly the night before’s leftovers.

Nothing just The room is large and spacious.

Cons:

There wasn't much on offer for breakfast: chocolate bread, spread with honey, various jams, and no choice of cereal. When cleaning the room, the cleaning lady didn't provide all the towels: only two bath towels, two hand towels, and one floor towel. She removed everything and left us with just two bath towels. There was no adapter available for European plugs. Offer European breakfasts too! Where are the fried eggs with vegetables?
