how small the room was and the ice vending machine
The hotel was close to Kohl's, Walmart, Scooters, and many restaurants. It wasn't too far away from the family we were visiting in Kenosha. The hotel was in a nice area of town and easy to get to. The staff was friendly.
The walls are pretty thin as we could hear people in the hallway and in the room next to us. The air conditioner worked but dripped water on the carpet so by the time we were checking out, the floor was pretty wet under the a/c unit.

Comfortable beds. Absolutely wonderful staff ! Warm breakfast . The gentleman who checked us in was a delight . Quiet location. Had a great stay
Could use a little more attention to baseboards and above shower in the bathroom when cleaning .
The Staff, Awesome! Very friendly and helpful!!! And I love, love the hardwood floors instead of Carpet!!! CLEAN AND EXCELLENT!
I really liked the exercise facility. Especially liked the stationary recumbent bike. The breakfast was good. The coffee was outstanding. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very loud. Called to cancel length of stay and was told that they would call back. They never returned the call. Also send messages and never heard anything. Waste of money. Do not recommend.
