Horrible beds
It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do.
There was no roll out bed or sofa bed available
They offer hot breakfast eggs, waffles, fruit, yougurt. cereal etc
The parking is small and there was no parking so we parked on the street plus the charged $50 more. Its a busy location and you can hear the people walking at upper levels
I like the location of being near Mission Bay and Pacific Beach. The hotel room was clean and had the amenities that we needed.
Nothing.
Close location to the zoo, Sea World, and Old Town
Overall it was a good experience and stay
The customer service was great and it was peaceful
Nothing
Spacious rooms and friendly staff
Parking is tight, hotel located on a hilll
Clean and friendly staffs
It was the only hotel available over July 4th. We booked 2 rooms. Got there early and the rooms weren't ready. The girl at the front desk told us she'd call when they were ready. She didn't. When we got into the rooms, they were both filthy. Holes in the walls, water damage on the ceiling, vomit on the floor from a prior guest. To make matters worse, there was a hand made sign informing "guests" of no housekeeping service as it was a holiday. For this we paid over $300/night for each room. My advice, plan further in advance and stay elsewhere.
