Disappointed because the pool was not available.

Because overall, everything was fine.

Cons:

Because overall everything was fine, but the pool was not available until June 26, so we were not able to use it. The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel for the weekend, so this was a major disappointment.

We are also disappointed that Booking.com did not inform us about this in advance. Because of this, we would like to request a refund or appropriate compensation.

We had to change rooms because the first room was next to the elevator and very noisy.
