Pros:

Сотрудники были очень внимательными и помогали нам, особенно сотрудники утренней смены. В целом я осталась довольна пребыванием.

Cons:

Но в один из дней моего проживания я разговаривала по телефону с семьёй. Я понимаю, что это была моя ошибка, и сотрудник мог просто вежливо попросить меня говорить тише. Однако сотрудник на ресепшене обратился ко мне в неподобающей форме и сказал слово «Вус», что означает «замолчи».

Я считаю, что такое обращение не соответствует уровню гостеприимства и уважения к гостям. Прошу обратить внимание на данного сотрудника и обучить его правилам общения с постояльцами. Несмотря на это, благодарю остальных сотрудников за их хорошее отношение.

Приехали на выходные! Было поздно, но на рецепшен нас ждали! Очень приятный персонал, никаких нареканий! Вежливые и внимательные! Номер был на первом этаже. Номер "уставший "! Мебель добротная, массивная, когда-то была шикарной! Время делает своё дело! Окно не открывается, от чего немного тяжёлый запах. Спасает кондиционер, который работает исправно!!!!! Телевизор показывает плохо, хорошо, что приехали не кино смотреть!!😁 В уборной все мыломоющие аксессуары в наличии. Халат, тапочки! Завтрак предложили по выбору - яичница и каша! Выбрали кашу! Повар варит очччень вкусную кашу, причём , как в ресторане при тебе!! Расположение отеля очень удобное! Это центр в шаговой доступности и рядом ЛРТ!, что даёт возможность передвигаться без такси!! Отель хороший! Ценовая категория соответствует реальности!!! Рекомендую!!!!

Да вообщем всё не плохо!! Простынь с пятнами, а в остальном не плохо!!!

Clean, good location (a few minutes walk from the LRT (metro) station). Double windows, so no noise from city. Restaurants nerby

Cons:

They serve breakfast from 8 AM, so if you are departing from the airport morning time, no chance to eat. It should be available since 6 AM, or 7 AM

Pros:

- В целом чисто, персонал приветливый (ресепшен).
- Номера чистые

Cons:

- в душевых кабинках почти ничего не работает, забилось все от качества воды
- очень бы хотелось, чтобы в номерах был хотя бы комплимент в виде бутылки воды, совсем скудненько оставлять два пустых стакана. Бара тоже нет, чтобы взять за доп оплату

На фото очень красиво . В реальности , отель старый . Завтрак не вкусный . Персонал вежливый. В номере чисто , но прохладно .( радиатор имеется) Локация хорошая.
