Понравилось расположение и отзывчивый персонал.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a very good area. It's close to the metro station and Astana Arena. You can find everything around there - cafes, shops, bars. Rooms are not big but comfy and cozy. You can find there everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast is good, fulfilling. And the lady in the hotel cafe is really friendly and nice, like your grandma.

Cons:

The only problem is the bar or a night club near the hotel. The music from there is really loud, it's just not possible to sleep until 2am.

Good hotel for a good value
Pros:

Nice place in a good location. I booked last minute and they were still able to accommodate me. Definitely would return.

Отель хороший для непродолжительного пребывания.
Pros:

Удачное расположение, транспортная доступность, вокруг много магазинов и кафе. Отзывчивый персонал, старались помочь с любой просьбой.

Cons:

Была с ребенком, дали один комплект полотенец, хотя нас было двое. В номере нет ни бутылки воды. Попросила чайник с кипятком и чашками, одна из чашек была плохо помыта ( следы от чая).

Pros:

Прекрасная гостиница! Приехали с дочкой 8ми лет посмотреть столицу. Выбрали Ботакоз по расположению и цена=качество.
Уютная гостиница, вежливый персонал. Очень вкусные завтраки от милой тате. В номере чисто, есть всё необходимое для пары-тройки дней. Мы также оставляли вещи после выселения и потом еще нам разрешили посидеть в фойе до отъезда.
