Garden District Hotel

EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!
SUPER CLEAN AND COZY!!

Loved everything about the Garden District Hotel. Bar was lovely, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants on Magazine Street.

A beautiful boutique hotel with great staff. My only issue was the very sad shower pressure. Finding any good shower pressure in New Orleans is a challenge, but this was much worse than normal (even for NOLA). The shower heads were calcified and the head in general had no pressure. I had to book a last minute blow dry and shampoo at a local spa because I couldn't get the shampoo out of my hair after 30 minutes of trying.

Unit was very nice . Had very nice finishes and was very comfortable

Pool, staff and vibe were excellent!

We were told staff would greet us at the front and take our bags to the room. We had to take our bags up a flight of stairs. The receptionist saw us waiting to check in and kept talking to another person instead of checking us in, the other person was not checking in. Room service opened our room at 9 am when were still asleep and check out wasn't until 11 am. Hotel was clean but service was poor.

The property is clean and beautiful. It has an amazing pool. We stayed during the slow season in New Orleans, so the property was quiet. The hotel advertises their swim up bar, but it was not open during our stay. They did have a walk-up bar, however. They also open the pool to the public for a fee, making it more crowded than it would be with guests only, but loungers are reserved for guests. The design of the hotel is gorgeous. Our room was a bit small, but comfortable and clean. The bar staff at the pool is friendly and Amiya,(sp?) the front desk employee, was our absolute favorite. She was friendly and warm the entire stay. She walked us to our room, and was very pleasant to speak with throughout our week there. Should we return to New Orleans, we would stay at The Garden District Hotel again.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the staff is top-tier—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. One of the standout features is the pool area—it has a resort-style vibe that makes you feel like you’re on a relaxing vacation right in the heart of the city. Highly recommend for anyone visiting New Orleans!

Wonderful hotel in a great location to access bars, restaurants, etc. Staff went out of their way to tend to everyone's needs. The pool area was GREAT!

The staff was absolutely the most welcoming , attentive, friendly and did everything within their power to.help you and make your stay great. This has instantly become our favorite place in New Orleans.

The property is super cute and a great location! I’ve never stayed in the Garden District before. I would definitely stay there again. The hotel is walkable to many areas. I loved it. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

I loved how central the hotel was to both downtown and uptown New Orleans. Being a block from the streetcar line was a convenient way to get around during our stay. The Hotel itself was regal, with a wonderful granite-top lobby bar.

Fantastic find right in the historic Garden District of New Orleans. I was lucky to stumble upon this new hotel for a staycation. Although it opened a week ago, it blew me away.

The lobby and bar are beautifully designed. There is an outdoor area to lounge at just outside the bar. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

What a comfortable bed! One of the best I have slept on. Tasteful design. Modern French Quarter vibes. I can’t wait to return when the property is fully open. The gym, spa, pickle ball courts and pool area are under renovation.

Personally I cannot wait for the pool area with the swim up bar!
