Good location
Bathroom fan was extremely loud and could not be turned off while using the mirror
Super convenient location with lots of food and shopping within blocks of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. Breakfast had several options to choose from.
The facility was a little dated compared to the online pictures. Carpets and furniture are showing wear.
Every clean and quiet. Breakfast has been better than most hotels I have stayed at. Staff was every nice.
It was only 5 minutes away from the dance competition we were in Oshkosh for. Included breakfast, had a pool for the kids.
Comfortable bed
Price. Almost triple the price booking in person vs online
We have stayed here for years for tournaments. It is in a good area and felt safe.
There is a winter storm right now. My friend lives almost 3 hours away. She had no where to go due to her car not being able to start. I was not going to let her sleep in her car because it is not safe. Luckily we had an air mattress. We didn’t want to wake people up so we went to an open conference room to blow it up. One of the staff members handled the situation poorly. Came into the room , screaming at us and then threatening us to get kicked out. I apologized and she just kept going. I tried to be civil about it but she kept raising her voice at us, then Watched us walk all the way to our room. It has made us feel very uncomfortable and not safe. I will never be staying here again after this situation
Breakfast and staff.
Under construction
I liked the pool, until I was about to get in and realized it was freezing cold. Other then the pool there wasn't much else I cared for.
I really didn't like the way they wanted to charge me the pet fee for my service dog, luckily I didn't have any episodes during the night but if I had, I might not be here today. Since im on a budget I really couldn't afford the extra 25 dollars so I had to keep her at a friend's house for the 6 hours I was at the hotel.
The breakfast was okay
The first room we checked in the bed was garbage sagin, real bad. We had to switch rooms wound up going to a room that costs thirty dollars more night
Breakfast was "okay" the sausage tasted like a meat substitute.
The website says "PET" fee, not simply a "DOG only" fee. I was in a situation where I needed to bring my cat with me, and thought I could when I saw that there was a $25 per night PET fee that I was okay with paying. I get my whole family packed up, PET INCLUDED and I get there and the basically turned my cat around at the door. Which made tings even harder than what they had to be. It's very misleading and there was nothing I could do because it was late, my kids were hungry, tired, and it's cold, and looking for another hotel was not an option. The tv shuts off in the middle of me watching it, couldnt even get channels to come in and when they finally fixed it, the audio on every channel was delayed. The wifi connection was extremely sketchy. Why do I have to disable my phones security settings just to use it, my phone came with those security settings for a reason. Wifi should not have been that hard to use, and at another hotel, library, or Starbucks even, won't have you do that. Then they tried to blame the connection on the "storm"....there was no storm, it had just started snowing right before I got there, so the "storm" that they blamed it on wasn't even that bad ..The pool....HA! What a joke! I looked through the door and the pool water was cloudy, I'm not putting my kids in that water I have no clue what's in it. Any other pool you could see clearly down to the bottom of the pool....the price of what I paid vs what I got was horrible for a hotel. I'd expect this experience from a MOTEL or a mom and pop motel...not an establishment like this one (portrayed). The side doors were propped open the entire I was there ...so much for safety...yeah never again...
Bed was very good. Location was good.
