Wacky layout and lack of furniture in a bare-bones room that could have been cleaner for the money.
Pros:

The location of the breakfast? The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Who designed the bathroom? Good thing I'm not plus size cause i don't know how a person squeezes into the shower past the toilet. Also the sink stopper didn't hold. The room itself seemed like it was missing furniture. Only one small chair for sitting? No table? The door frame had a side gap that let noise and light into the room. Room had not been vacuumed.

Great location with a clean room.
Pros:

Good location and most importantly the room was clean.

Cons:

There was no room service even though the TV said “in room dining options”. You couldn’t charge the onsite restaurant to your room.

Dirty and rude
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. Smart tv was nice

Cons:

Staff were rude especially Bernice. They confirmed a reservation on the phone for two night but when I arrived to the hotel that was 2.5 hours away from my home they said the only way I could stay a second night was to pay triple what I paid for the first night. Also the bathroom had some suspicious brown smears on the wall. Chair in main room was dirty as well.

It’s was nice but cut short and asked to leave because of a gas leak in the whole building

Pros:

Staff eating at the front desk! 2nd visit there no microwave in the room. Wasps nest outside. No knowledge of what tickets given out were for. Unprofessional dress. Some house keeper spoke no English.

Great service
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. I don’t ride elevators so the staff went with me in the elevator so I didn’t have to go by myself. They carried my bags all the way to my room for me. When I left they came to my room to assist me again getting to my car. Great service.

Pros:

Very good! Hotel is undergoing reno but we stayed in the new area and though I could see evidence of reno and construction all the public areas were still very clean and nice. The elevators and stairways are probably the least important and aside from a few exterior details were the only truly dated areas.
The restaurant was very good, lobby and conference hall was nice (didn’t look at the meeting rooms or ballroom). Staff was very friendly.
The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it could have been me.
