Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Villas

It was family friendly, had everything you would need at a resort. The lazy river was fun, the lounge pool was exceptional and the room was beautiful. The services onsite had several restaurant options, and all were delicious in their own. Staff was absolutely amazing!

The property is very clean dna the staff is exceptionally friendly. They have a lot of free perks and activities for kids.

I loved the kindness of EVERYONE! Wherever we walked we were greeted and made felt like we were home.The staff was wonderful! Could have used a better snack selection wouldve been nice. But other than that, everyone from front desk to house keeping, to staff walking around they ALL were so warming. The drinks need more of a variety, as well as the snacks on the retreat floor. Everything was amazing! The activities were fun for my toddler, I loved how much it felt like home. You literally saw kids walking around without a care in the world, happy and safe. You can let them wander around and have a good time. The lagoon does need a little more of the swimming part, it has too much "floating device" room. My teen didnt want to get in the lagoon because there really wasnt anywhere for him to swim since the side we were on, the deepest was 3.5 feet. The other pool was nice, looked like a jungle. For it being a sold out weekend, There were so many activities and things going on that it it didnt feel overcrowded, overwhelming nor crazy. I think The Hyatt knows exactly what they're doing, they are about customer service and experience. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed! A great birthday weekend for my mother, much needed after a horrible accident that she walked away from with just a few scratches. So thank you for helping her enjoy the getaway! You're all amazing!!

I really enjoyed the stay until the last night. We went to dinner and they charged my room and also charged my credit card which I provided to pay with. Then they charge my daughter credit card for her food and mine on her card. It wasn't even busy in there for a mistake this big!! The front desk decides to hold 700.00 dollars on a prepaid stay with them. That got there money up front!! People please watch your credit card they will get you if the can. This put a bad taste in my mouth with them. I have another trip in two weeks but now I don't want to stay with them because of how poorly they handle my credit card. I also had cash with me they don't except cash at all. So you are at liberty to trust them when they walk away with your card. Will get a prepaid card if I ever stay with them again!

Lots of facilities and the lazy river is excellent. Big Spring lagoon has lots of water activities, could benefit from some extra shade and seating

We stop in at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort almost every time we pass within 100 miles of San Antonio. It is an excellent hotel with great facilities and service. Although their pool, waterpark & lazy river are not the largest in the area, I consider them the best because of the oak trees that overhang most of the pool areas providing excellent shade.

The grounds are beautiful and relaxing, yet provide activities for all ages. I have stayed here multiple times but the updates made this experience superior to any other stay at the resort. I highly recommend.

This is one of the best hotel/resorts in all of Texas. Incredible facilities and great staff! The lazy river is shaded and very relaxing. The hotel has been recently updated and looks amazing!

The Hotel in San Antonio is beautiful. It offers so many wonderful experiences for everyone in your family. The food is great, the lazy river is lots of fun and the new lagoon is so beautiful and relaxing.

Amazing experience fun for the whole family. there is a set schedule where you can do things and go on your own if you like. you can be on your own or go have fun with the family at the lazy river or the lagoon.

Great place. Lots of activities. Especially the Lagoon and Lazy River. Don't miss the Breakfast Buffet. The attention to details is where the Resort is set apart, all the way down to Valet. Victor the Valet Manger was great.

We had an excellent stay at the resort and enjoyed the new Big Spring Lagoon. We had lunch out at the lagoon and the food was delicious. The evening outdoor movie was nice for families with kiddos and the S'mores out by the fire pits were a perfect ending to a summer night

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay from start to finish. Victor the valet manager provided a great first and lasting impression throughout. Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Villas was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The entire experience was relaxing, memorable, and exactly what we needed.

It's rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond with such a positive attitude, and Victor truly embodies what exceptional hospitality looks like. He made us feel like valued guests, not just another reservation.

The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. Every part of the property was spotless, the grounds were stunning, and you could tell that every staff member takes pride in creating an incredible experience for their guests.

We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you to Victor and the entire team for making our stay so special. We can't wait to come back!

Our place was clean and the staff was super friendly!! One of our most pleasant experiences was with the valet / or manager we shared a few laughs and similarities being originally from the mid west ...also let us know of some awesome local foods which we really enjoyed

I booked four rooms for four nights for my family and friends to celebrate life after a huge family loss.

The wonderful memories created and precious time spent with each other was worth tenfold the amount of money I spent on this vacation.

We were here last year and we had a fabulous time. This year we got to enjoy the beautiful resort that was remodeled. We stayed in the villa suites with four bedrooms and four bathrooms!

Talk about pure luxury! If you can afford it, definitely book a villa! This is a slice of heaven. There were two patios, fire pits, grills, and we took advantage of every amenity.

We felt like we were in a completely different world, but we were only just a few hours away from home. My family and friends had such a great time!

You cannot beat the service here. It is absolutely top-notch! Shout out to several individual individuals who made our trip amazing: Miss Asia, Miss Angel, Mr. Gabriel! They took meticulous care of my reservations and my family and friends.

Victor, the valet manager took such amazing care of us. He remembered mine and my wife's name throughout our whole stay and made us feel welcome! The property was also beautiful, can't wait to visit again.
